So i was meandering down the paper aisle at Michael's tonight, bored with the same ole stuff, i turned the corner and there was this beautiful end-cap stuffed with Sugared and Archaic EVERYTHING! There was the 12x12 packs, the stamps, rub-ons, fibers (i hate them but they were there!), chip stickers, etc, etc. They also had a few chipboard books. I didn't actually buy anthing from this selection but i did get a 50% off coupon when i checked out. So i'll be back in a few days to use that on some of that BG goodness.
Just thought i'd share... |

My Mike's was putting out everything yesterday. It looked like it was just Archaic, but they had just started, so I wasn't able to wait around to see they whole end-cap. They did give me a 50% off coupon, starting tomorrow, so I will head back and pick up some goodies!

Yep, my M's had a lot of new stuff also. BG/Urban Prairie, Calendar Kits and another pad but I don't remember the name. New K&Co Christmas Stack that is sooo cute and Me & My Big Ideas stuff. Maybe they are listening to customers more. They also had all the new releases of BG in either 6x6 or 8x8 stacks. I love the Mellow line, which it were in the 12x12 stack. I also got the 50% coupon for next week when I checked out but probably everything GOOD will be on some kind of sale. We also got a lot of new $1 wood/rubber stamps. I was just there yesterday and the bin was nearly empty, today it was FULL of new stamps.

Was the end cap in the scrapping section? Sometimes I wonder about M's placement of things. |

Mine had this stuff too. So many new goodies. They also had a new BG Christmas paper pad. The line was called Mistletoe. I didn't get it cause I already had two other paper pads in my hands, but I'm pretty sure I'm going back next week with my 1/2 off coupon to get it
Oh, they also had this little BG Baby card kit. REALLy cute. I almost got that one too |

Ohhh, now I want to go to M's! I have a coupon that expires today. Of course, I just called there to see if they had any new Basic Grey products. After being transferred two times and telling them that Basic Grey was the brand name of the products, the lady came back and said "We have Basic Black paper packs, but no gray." Ugh. They never seem to know what the products or magazines are when I call to ask. |

My M's BG stuff was down a middle aisle next to the picture frames. The K & Co paper was up the same aisle a little closer to the front. Some smaller pads of BG (8x8 or 6x6) was on an end cap.

OOH I am so excited. Our back room is still pretty full of stuff we need to get out. I know I saw a box with the bazzil x-mas stuff, but I have no idea what else is back there. Archaic is my favorite line and I was just two days ago kicking myself for not buying the brads when they were available at a local shop (and are now gone ) So excited to hear that I will (hopefully) get to round out me collection (and from my own store !!) Tell me more about these calender kits... I can barely contain my excitement. |

Of course they didn't have it at our M's. I will have to try later in the week. I didn't look anywhere else in the store except close to the SB stuff, though.
A question--someone said they had a BG Christmas collection called Mistletoe--was that a mistake (and you meant Wassail) or do they have a line especially for M's? I am really curious now. |

I saw the BG Christmas pack at my local Ms on Friday. It's called something like "Mistletoe and Pear," and it's not as vintage looking as Wassail. It's more like the older lines with some pretty blues in it. The pack is $19.99 if you don't have a coupon. The store also had a MME Christmas stack and two packs of matching Bazzill colors. They were all quite pretty, so I had to use great restraint and will power! HTH

Mine had the new Mistletoe and Pear paper pad--nice, but not my favorite and the calendar kit and several of the other brands several have mentioned, but not the baby card kit--I was hoping to get that. I would probably buy more of the Archiac line, too!!
I was hoping to get the Cuttlebug machine--I have several dies and I hate hauling out my old Sizzix to use them. I just ordered a couple of the exclusive dies from Stampin Up and I would rather have the Cuttlebug than the Big Shot. Unfortunately, they didn't have any cuttlebugs OR Big Shots!! I used my coupon on the Mistletoe BG paper pad. I'm sure I could score another coupon from my MIL and I could drive 40 miles to the next nearest M's, but that would be a waste of both time and money. I'll just go to J's and use a 40% coupon instead!! Actually, maybe not--I think they have the CB priced at 89.99!! |

I would like to see the Mistletoe and Pear as well. I have been hoping that M's would get the Wassail paper packs but so far nothing. I did get some Wassail at the LSS the other day, but they didn't have some of my favorites. Trying to decide if I should order the rest online or not. I didn't see any gray in that line, though? |

I was at the M's in my town yesterday and they had a lot of new K&Co and MAMBI Christmas stuff, but just one BG Granola paper pad left and that was it. I had to go to Costco today in another town and, of course, went to the M's there with my 50% newspaper coupon and my 50% receipt coupon, LOL. They had all the goodies you're talking about...3 brands of calendar kits (I picked up and put back the BG one 3 times), AC Christmas paper and cardstock, BG Christmas and Granola pads, and lots of new scrapbook storage. I almost used one coupon on the Bazzill Christmas cardstock but saw that the AC Christmas cardstock was similar quality and a much better deal so I got that instead. Used my other coupon on the BG Christmas paper pad. Saved me $20! |

I found the mistletoe paper today! Loved it! I feel really bad for anyone who would pay $40 something for it. If google it that is what some sites have it for.
I hope they know they can get for $10 at M's w/the coupon this week.

I posted this on another thread but I wanted to post it here too in case you hadn't seen it
"Yes, Mistletoe and Pear is an exclusive line to M's. It will only be available in a paper pack and there will be no embellishments (chipboard, buttons, brads, stickers, etc.) available for this line.
From what I understood, this line wasn't to be displayed at M's until their Thanksgiving sale. That might explain why some of you are finding it and some are not. Technically, no one should have it just yet
As I hadn't heard of it, I also inquired about Deck the Halls - there is no such line from BasicGrey."
