Yes it's an old thread but the replies are in reference to a new thread. In the new thread a person was told she was NOT allowed to transfer her spot and also not allowed to get a refund because she was scheduled for cancer surgery at the time of the event. This thread was bumped back up to show the inconsistency of the rules of the company.

Funny, I was just reading about this lady who found out she has cancer and couldn't attend and asked for refund or sell her seat and they wouldn't let her. There's like 2 threads about it. I'm surprised they let you do it without a fuss....hmmm...I guess you'll hear about it soon enough. | |
