This challenge begins Saturday, Oct. 17 and ends Sunday, Oct. 25.
On Monday, I will randomly choose a winner for a RAK.

When you post your project in the gallery, be sure to check the appropriate challenge box, and don't forget to come back to this thread to link you post and share your experiences.

I'm offering this challenge with Miss Chris's permission. She posted it during a Summer Challenge on Stamp Haven. I thought it would be a lot of fun and asked her if I could use it here. She graciously agreed.

Essentially, you need a stamped image, not just a sentiment. You must have color on your image, but you can't color it in. For details see the Challenge Blog.

I'm going to link some examples using cards that are already in my gallery:

Markers --Direct to Rubber

Image Inked with Kaleidacolor Ink Pad

Another Direct to Rubber with TomBow Markers

Stamp Zia Water Color Sprays & Color EP

Painting with Distress EP

Stamping into Dimensional Paint & Stickles on Color Paper

Well, as I pulled these out my gallery, it helped solidify the requirements for this challenge. The only thing you can't do is stamp an image and then color it. You can color the die before stamping it. I also noticed that I've never stamped on printed paper. That's the one I need to do.

Good luck and have fun!
Daria

===========Winners============

Thank you to everyone who participated. You guys rock! You wore me out looking at all the wonderful posts.

I used a randomized list generator to choose the winners, and they are . . .

stampin-nut, cindyann49, and dmwd.

Congratulations, Ladies. Please Pea-mail me with your choice of RAK's, your full name, and your mailing address.

Here are the RAK's.

Cool! Definitely my kind of challenge - I so suck at colouring that it's not even funny (as you'll see when I get my examples for my challenges posted). Gorgeous cards, as always Daria. Thanks for the inspiration.

Sara, the check boxes won't be active until tomorrow. That's Opening Day for Stamptoberfest. Your card is wonderful.

We're posting everything today so it will be all ready to go by midnight tonight. Two Peas will automatically activate those boxes 12:01am CST (or is it CDT right now?).

I'm reading through the instructions and it all appears to be very clear. Now let's see if I follow directions! Hopefully I will learn some new techniques over the next week.

I'm useless at colouring in so this one was right up my street

I printed out a digital image onto glossy cardstock and coloured that with distress ink. I stamped on a leaf image over and embossed with copper embossing powder.

I appreciate you

Thanks Daria!
I wanted to share more about that Payon posterboard. Walgreen's stocks it and occasionally has coupons in their ads making it very cheap. Payon makes papers for school use so the posterboard might be found in school supply stores too. The colors on are both sides of the board and it has a coating on it so you get to play with that too. I guess you can tell I love the stuff, lol.

Wow! I go to sleep, and look what happens! You guys are rocking!

Those of you that are posting cards with paper-piecing, you're making want to give it a try. It looks like it takes a lot of time and patience to put those together.

j.leija, I love your layout and cards! Your With Gratitude card isn't showing up in the gallery. You can check to see if you checked the box.

Here's another card I found in the blog that I don't see linked here:
jessiefarr's card.

I hope Miss Chris is checking this out. I think she'd be pleased to see all the cards you have posted to the challenge she let me borrow.

Thank you all for playing.

I'm not sure if this one counts, let me know if not and I will edit it. I created a coloured background and added Stickles to embellish to add interest to the image as opposed to colouring the image itself.
