Looks like $2.50 plus shipping.

y'know, I only looked at that page briefly, but I thought the $2.50 was for shipping and that there was no actual price showing since the item was already sold. I'd love to know what she actually sold it for and if it sold to someone who is not a blood relation.

Oh- you're probably right. It was the only $ amount I found and I guess I didn't read the small print. Epic fail where DD is concerned! LOL

h...here she is:
Enough Woman goes digging... Apparently this was the thread on GS and though Enough Woman agreed with the OP (who meant to post here- generally saying 'if you put it out there, you can't call the shots on what comes back at you')she decided to root out the DDD thread here to slap hands.

So to recap- on GS she thought it was funny. On NSBR she says 'Enough.'

I've met Tim Holtz at a couple of shows and he's so nice. It's like he's surprised people know who he is. He seems like a very genuine person.

We can't have turdgate on the list. I think that was taken when some ladie's grandkid took a dump in a crop in style bag. Anyone remember that thread?

What about recently when a teen turded in a Peas pool making her PeaLivid? I thought that was "TurdGate"

I almost found it funny that the thread ENOUGH woman is rooting the OP on is a smack thread on the NSBR.

No, turds have kind of been an all summer long theme here on the NSBR, starting with Turdgate, i.e. the "poo in the Pool" thread.

The turd on the school supply thread is a recent example of them popping up, but not hte original...

I'm disappointed that Donna has not shown herself yet. When one has a NSBR thread with 10 page potential, haiku, and inspirational words -- all devoted to oneself and one's lurid past, the least one can do is show up and flip some hair about.

Someone mentioned Lisa Bearnson and Becky Higgins as being nice people. So far, Becky has been or at least not gotten herself in the mix of some big scandal. Lisa, on the other hand, is a major player in HOFgate and started SLAPgate!

We all know about HOFgate, but for those who know nothing about SLAPgate...Lisa slapped David Venable (QVC host) during one of her demos. This was done live, on-air and was the "slap heard around the world".

She says she was being funny, but judging from DV's comment on QVC's MB, he did not agree.

"I am trying here to prevent anyone saying the really foolish thing that people often say about Him: 'I'm ready to accept Jesus as a great moral teacher, but I don't accept His claim to be God.' That is the one thing we must not say. A man who was merely a man and said the sort of things Jesus said would not be a great moral teacher. He would either be a lunatic-on a level with a man who says he is a poached egg-or else he would be the devil of Hell. You must make your choice. Either this man was, and is, the Son of God or else a madman or something worse. You can shut Him up for a fool, you can spit at Him...or you can fall at His feet and call Him Lord and God. But let us not come with any patronizing nonsense about His being a great human teacher. He did not leave that option open to us. He did not intend to."

Funny to see this still on the front page. Sharon and I talked for a long while this afternoon and we talked about the whole thing over again.

I'm so happy you all still have her back. She is the best!

And of course, being that she's such a class act, I have to try to live up to it. Damn, because I have some more stuff that would fan the flames of this thread and keep it on top for a while more.

But please ignore Kip, you guys are way toooo entertaining to quit now!

Kathy is about to leave on a wild trip with her dear friends. I hope she comes backhere before she goes.

I really don't think she has anything to spill regarding me. I think it has to do with her experience at the event and a "promised drink." I could be wrong. It is a good story though.
