How fun! I would like to have a pen pal! I am a 36 year old wife and home school mom to 3 kiddos with one on the way. I love to scrapbook, make cards, sew, and garden. We live on a small hobby farm in the southern US. I'm not sure who is in charge of the most current interest in pen pals, but I'd love to get started. Looking forward to hearing from someone.  | |

I'm very interested in this. Would love to have a penpal. I'm a 27 yr old mother of one busy 15 month old little girl. I into card making and scrapbooking. I haven't done much scrapbooking yet as I've just gotten into it.
I also love reading, snowmobiling, and anything outdoors.
I can't seem to figure out how to pea mail so if anyone is interested comment on here.

Pea Mail is still not working for me.  How are we going to do this? Just send a message to whoever?  Then say something if we don't have anyone to write to? Is it all for snail mail or both snail mail and email? I'm getting excited about it. | |

Oh, I'd love to join in as well. I haven't done it in ages either.
I'm a 35yo married without kids female, but have a nephew and niece I love to pieces and two pugs  . I have a FT job and enjoy scrapbooking, video games, board games, shopping, watching all kind of stuff on Netflix, logic/sudoku/crossword puzzles, and going to the movies.
If be happy to be a pen pal with anyone from anywhere in the world!!
I also speak a fair amount of Spanish. I can also read and write it. | |

Ooh, I'd like to join! I had penpals all over the wolrd growing up, but haven't written letters in many years now.
I'm in my 30s (for a couple of days longer...), live in Norway, married with one child. I've been into scrapboking for about ten years. In addition to scrapbooking I'm interested in reading, organizing, cooking and spending time with my family.
I'll peamail some above me, and hope to hear from somebody, too. Can't wait! | |

I am a lurker but I too would love a scrap pen pal...I have my email pen pals but it would be so much fun to send letters the old fashioned way. I am a chemo angel and I send out cards and letters weekly - also to my aunt who is in hospice....I'm 52,married mom of 2 grown sons (one recently graduated, one still in college), 4 furbabies (kitties)...I am a retired dance teacher/studio owner with a lot of time on my hands...I have been scrapping since 2002 and recently started making cards....I live in PA....I love to scrap, read, cook (try new recipes I get sick of same old same old) and of course SHOP! My pea-mail still isn't allowing me to reply to anything or compose a message. But I can receive them. So if you'd like to be pen pals I would love to have a couple. Email or Snail mail is fine by me. Maybe someone could send me their email and we can set something up?
I'm 45, love crafts, scrapbooking, horseback riding, reading, shopping, thrift stores and lots more. I have 6 kids ages 12-19 and I'm a SAHM.

This is a great idea I'd love to join in.
I'm 40 year old SAHM of 4 (12yrs - 2yrs) and I live in Dublin, Ireland. I am obsessed with scrapbooking but practically nobody here has even heard of scrapbooking! It's frustrating I had penpals growing up and I still love hearing the letterbox (mailbox?)go in the morning with all the possibilities it might hold...usually only bills nowadays though

I would love a pea pal. I would want to do it by snail mail it would be so much fun. I am a military wife living in Germany I'm 28 years old with a 3 month old baby girl and I've been married for 4 years. I am originally from California and I can't wait to get back to America. I am a cardmaker I do project life right now I scrapbook but not so much I am a very crafty person been like that since I was around elementary school making cards with construction paper. I'd love to do this as well!! One of my resolutions this year was to make cards and send them with a little note inside to the people I care about in this world. Just to let them know i'm thinking about them.

I've been checking this thread from time to time to see if there has been any progress. Seems like we are all over the place with the PeaMail!
I looked over a couple of the Yahoo Group pen pal groups but the personalities were a little too out there as far interests and even literacy levels. I didn't feel all that "safe" sharing any info there.
I like the idea that this group definitely has a shared interest in scrapbooking and crafts. Just wanted to say that I'm still interested if anyone has the time to organize us all. Thanks! | |

This is a great idea! I have asked to join the Facebook group. I am 30 years old and I live in the Channel Islands which is off the coast of England and France. I am not married or have any children, hopefully will do both in the future. I have always been in to crafts and especially like scrapbooking, card making and cross stitch. I have recently bought a sewing machine which is rapidly becoming my favourite toy. I'm trying my hardest to learn how to knit, at the moment I'm very good at making random holes! I enjoy cooking and also start a beginners crochet course in march. On top of all of that I work full time as a nurse which I love! This is only my second post so don't fully understand what pea mail is, do I have to set this up? | |

I'm really late with this, but would love to have an old fashioned pen pal to share ideas, thoughts,etc,
I am a 53 year old widow of 2 children now 22 and 25. I raised alone since their dad died when they were 7 and 10.
I love scrapbooking, and paper crafts. I love new techniques and would love to find a really great crop with classes to go to.
