Welcome to the October class die cutters!
This month I have a die Silhouette die cut home decor project featuring Halloween decoration to share with you. Even though my banner features a Halloween theme and colors, consider using this same design for Christmas, birthdays and so much more!
*btw, I totally forgot to upload a photo of a birthday banner I made awhile back. I will be posting it in the gallery and will link it up here on this thread, in case you're interested in seeing it!*
Click HERE for the class, pdf handout and the class video.
CHALLENGE: Use your digital die cutter (i.e. Silhouette or MM Slice) or the Sizzix to create a home decor project. Upload your project to the Two Peas gallery, make sure to check the box next to this class when you do, and you will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a prize from Two Peas! Please note in the comments section what you die cut (this makes it easier for others to learn from your examples)! Thank you!
Upload your project to the 2peas gallery by November 4, 2010 to be entered to win a Gift Certificate from 2peas. I can't wait to see what you create.
If you have any questions or want to link us up to your project(s) in the gallery please post on this thread.
Have fun die cutting!

Love your banner and great ideas Nicole!
Here's my recent home decor project using my Silhouette. I feel a bit embarrassed that it's not decorated more extravagantly, but it was something I threw together at the last minute for my two daughter's birthdays last month. I ADORE my Silhouette!!!
Silhouette Reversible Banner
It turned out so bright and cheerful that I hated to take it down. Time to make another one to replace it for the holidays--My mantel looks kinda naked to me without one now! |
