You need to ad outofdebt2012 to the bad sellers list.
I had the same experience with outofdebt2012. I got the same runaround from her as bkoala did. I purchased 118.00 worth of Stampin Up products on April 21. I got a message saying the items were shipped then messaged again and said items were shipped a week later. Then when I asked for a delivery confirmation # she said that as soon as she could get to a computer she would send the delivery confirmation #. When I actually got a DC# it wasn't valid of the USPS website. I then got a message last week saying there was a "mishap" at the post office and my package would be here in two days and that I had another package coming because she forgot to put a couple of things in the first box, which of course was never sent. (too many red flags) That was last Thursday. No package. I then waited until Mon. May 14 and again no package. I contacted her on Sunday and this was her response:
"Hi, If it doesn't arrive by your mail time tomorrow, I will initiate the refund right away, I know it will arrive Thanks! Will email you more tonight as I am on my phone and not near my computer."
She kept insisting it would arrive, but all I asked for was a legitimate DC# and did not. So I said I would file a claim with paypal if she did not provide me with the DC# or refund my money by the evening of May 15. Finally after my final message about filing a claim, she did refund my money, BUT OF COURSE IT DID NOT CLEAR. Not sure why she did this, but I was trying to help a fellow pea out. I am not sure how she thought this would end by not sending the items?
I contemplated not posting about this, but I feel people should know what happened especially since she did this to myself and another pea, bkoala.

I was wondering, with the name change situation, would it be possible to also post the list in pea# order? This way, it's easy to spot if we see that pea number attached to another user name.

I have a request or proposed change to this thread:
Is there anyway to have this Thread always be at the top?
Sometimes this thread can be pages down and we "Peas" do not think to look before buying..
(out of sight out of mind thing)
Friendly suggestion.

I placed a wanted add on this forum. Snowballsmom replied to it that she had the item to sell. Also, before I decided to purchase the item from her, she offered me a way to check her credibility on selling. The next day she shipped the item and also sent me the tracking number. The item arrived in clean and perfect condition. No one can ask for a more perfect transaction.

I have had TONS of great experiences shopping on this board, it's so sad to hear that there are a few "bad eggs". I'm sorry that I haven't been posting right along all of the wonderful ladies that I've purchased goodies from...but my most recent transaction with janamke was fantastic!!!
