The budget says I have to stop using Arbonne skin care.
I've got to find an affordable moisturizer and I have mature skin.

I'm currently using Boots No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Beauty Serum. I read about the Good Housekeeping study of the best anti-aging products on here and started trying them.

Thanks for the info! I'm off to read the reviews.

I find the Olay the one I prefer to use - non greasy and leaves the skin feeling good.

I usually always use Olay Regenerist- it is light, has sunscreen and very affordable.

I like the Olay Regenerist. It's affordable and there's always coupons in the Sunday paper for $3 off a jar.

I've never used either, so can't offer specific advice on them. But I'd suggest narrowing your choices down to 2 or 3 options (based on what you read here, reviews, etc) and then see if you can get samples to try out before you commit to one. They may be relatively cheap but if budget is the driving force in changing, why spend money until you are reasonably certain you'll like what you buy?

I went from Bobbie Brown stuff to Cetaphil cream. I love it. It is inexpensive and my skin feels great. This is the first winter that my skin hasn't flaked off like a snake loosing it's skin. Oh and I will be 54 this year if that makes a difference.

If you have a Costco near you, they sell a Kirkland brand by Borghese. It has a SPF15 and it is $12.99. A wonderful moisturizer.

|Posted: 2/7/2011 10:00:08 AM|I use Regenerist Serum on my face after washing, and then use Regenerist Moisurizer. I also use the Regenerist Eye Cream.
I used to have a lot of age spots/sun spots on my face. When I read here at Two Peas about the coconut oil and how it can reduce your age spots, I was all set to try it. I looked in the mirror to see how bad the age spots were, and was so surprised to see that they're almost all gone! So the regenerist has been good for me.
|Posted: 2/7/2011 10:04:36 AM|My new fav - Coconut Oil $6.28 at Wal-Mart! Dry, scaly patches on my face gone, age spots fading, hair silky and shiny, and my elbows and feet have never been so soft.
OK - it's neither of the two you requested info on, but I'm just so happy with this stuff that I couldn't help giving it a plug.
ETA: and I've tried both L'oreal and Olay

|Posted: 2/7/2011 10:15:44 AM|I have jumped on the Coconut Oil bandwagon but I also use Olay. Like anther poster said, there are always $3 coupons. Also, Olay is always putting out $20 rebate with a $50 purchase. I buy some of the Olay Regenerist products at Sams so I can't use a coupon there but I can turn that it in for the rebate. I like the Olay Regenerist Moisturizer with a touch of foundation. I use it in place of foundation. Olay Total Effects also has some with a touch of sun (foundation) but I like the Regenerist better. I usually buy that at CVS when they have it on sale and I use the newspaper coupon. CVS has some of this on sale this week.
HERE is the Olay page for their rebates. The one there right now just ended. Give it a week or two and they will probably start another one. Their rebate checks come fairly quick too.
