Welcome to the fifth class installment of Scrapbook Stamping!

This month's class features stamped borders!

To view the class samples, pdf handout and video for this class lesson, click here for the individual lesson or here for my classroom page.

Remember to check out the amazing guest designer layouts for more ideas for stamped borders on your pages! You can see the guest layouts here . A special thank you to Kelly Goree, Laura Vegas and Stephanie Klauck for their amazing stamped creations this month!

CHALLENGE: Add a stamped border to your next layout. Be as creative as you want and remember to check out the guest designer layouts for more ideas and inspiration!

*Please note that in order to be entered in the drawing for a GC from 2peas you must create a layout (this is a layout class) and you must follow the challenge (because each month is covering a specific stamping technique).

Please upload your layout to the Two Peas Gallery by May 31st.

Dont' forget to check the box next to this class when you upload for a chance at winning a randomly selected gift certificate from Two Peas! I will post the winner on the Education Board on the June 1st 2011.

I'm looking forward to another amazing month of stamping, scrapbooking and memory keeping with my friends here at Two Peas! I can't wait to see all of your border stamped layouts!

If you have any questions regarding this class, please don't hesitate to leave me a question here or peamail me.

I envy your ability to mix and match elements! I find myself playing it too "safe". Your work each month is inspirational and I think that I may gradually begin stretching my creative "wings".

Love how you mix things up on this page with the different stamps. Love the sketch. Looking forward to trying this one and marking it on my "To Do List" on refrigerator. So that way I can get it done before the end of the month.

LOVE how your page and stamped border turned out Nichol!

I'm kicking myself because I had the chance to buy a lot of these sets here when your video first went up, but I thought I would wait for the May Studio AE limited edition stamp to come in so I wouldn't have to place two separate orders, but then everyone caught the same fever and I swear almost every set on my wish list sold out overnight... Bummer! Anyway, now that 2Peas finally has that May set, I couldn't find enough in stock still to reach my $50 total (since I've been placing a ton of orders lately) and I was worried the Limited Edition set would sell out before the others restocked so ended up spending a small fortune tonight and bought the remaining sets on my wish list over at Technique Tuesday directly. Phew! I'm sure I speak for many when I say you are so BAD on my budget, but I thank you all the same. I can't wait to Play!!!

Anyway, here's my first attempt at your challenge. I'm hoping to sneak in one more shot at it before the month is over.

Finally got mine done... it's been sitting on my table for a few weeks, just didn't have what I wanted to do and had to deal with what I had on hand. But I do like the final page. I combined the idea of the words border with my title and journaling, but also included a border of presents at the bottom, so the challenge was accomplished. I also stamped my own background paper. Christmas morning

Just loving this class! Hoping to keep my one page a month up!
Thanks Nichol!
