Products You Love Every Which Way!
This lesson is all about:
RUB-ONS
I hate to admit this, but rub-ons are usually a product that I skip over. I think it's probably because they take a little more commitment. You can't put them down and then pick them up and move them. But I found a couple ways to help me use them, and I hope that they will inspire you to reach for rub-ons next time you are scrapbooking. Rub-ons do have unique qualities that make them worth the effort!
Once again, I've used some newer and older products in my samples. I'll link up some others that I think would be fun to use below.
You can see the class lesson and the downloadable PDF here.
Be sure to watch the video showing one of the layouts made from beginning to end!
Don't forget, with each class lesson there is a CHALLENGE!
Here are the details...
This month your challenge is to create a layout/card/project on which you've used RUB-ONS.
To participate in the Challenge:
-Create a project on which you've used RUB-ONS.
-Project can Digital, Traditional or a Hybrid.
-Submit your layout by uploading to the gallery by August 9, 2011 11:59 CST. Don't forget to click the box next to this class (Products You Love Every Which Way: July 2011) on Step 4 of uploading.
I will pick a winner randomly from all the submissions to win a Gift Certificate to Two Peas and post the winner on the Education Board on August 10th. For every submission to this class you will earn a cute badge! |

Hi Shannon. Have done July challenge and when I started it I pulled out all my rubons and off I went, some wouldn't stick properly but continued on. I first thought I hate these, but after doing this page I have to admit I had the best time and now love rub ons again. Anyone who is not doing these challenges is missing out , I look forward to every one now. Thanks 2peas | |
