I copied everyones ideas down (thank you so much everyone!), deleted the ones that didn't pertain to us and what I/we do. I posted my list on my blog so it's there for me to reference all the time. I'm also going to use it as a checklist.
I'm keeping a notepad in my purse with my carry around camera, that way if I snap a picture I can jot down some notes. (I have a REALLY bad memory.) I need to do this so I can remember correctly. |

Totally coming back to this thread this month!
I know I'm going to document our Elf on the shelf as it's his first year, and the boys advent calendars..
I so haven't thought this out much! |

This list is an awesome!! I was wondering what to put on the days where i work or do not do anything in particular. When the girls were little there were no free days. Now they are all grown it is totally different.
other ideas:
I love hot chocolate with Marshmellows
a roaring fire in the fireplace
my daughter's 20th birthday(no more teengers)!
pics of my grandaughter's in Christmas outfits
candle's burning
my Christmas centerpiece
We have a Disney vacay planned for part of December, so no problem there in those days on what to scrapbook, but the first week of December I will have to fill in with some of the ideas on this list! Then the end of the month we get to see our girls....my middle daughter hasn't been home in 2 years! We are ready to start hugging the stuffin' out of her!
I am doing 31 days since my girls will be home the last of the month! |

Bumping this because Thursday is a filler day for us and I need some ideas! I already did a "what I love about the holidays" filler. That was a fun page to do. I am going to read back through this for other filler day ideas. Thanks so much to everyone who posted their ideas. |

I am including one of my oven top, decoratead with pretty holiday pot holders, Snowman and Christmas tree Salt & Pepper Shakers, a Christmas spoon holder, and holiday dishtowels. For the same entry, I will have a smaller photo of my refrigerator, with all the holiday magnets - many hold phots. I love decorating in the kitchen but have never scrapped this before. I have a Yankee candle (Misteltoe scent) lit on the stove top in the photo as well - I may label the pages "a few of my favorite things" or just "cozy" - not quite sure yet.
I also have a page in mind for this weekend that shows photos of the hotel lobby we just stayed in - the Gaylord Palms in Orlando is fabulous - a huge atrium that words really can't describe at Christmas. We just did the "Shrek The Halls Ice" event along with the "Kung Fu Panda Snow" event - it was great fun. We also did the "Gingy" gingerbread decorating, which is also part of the Shrek theme.
