I want biscuits.
I have no eggs in the house.
I do have a full box of Aunt Jemima Buttermilk Complete pancake mix (so sue me! LOL).
Can I make biscuits?
I can't find a recipe online, which leads me to believe the answer is No...

You don't necessarily need eggs to make biscuits...
I make biscuits from this recipe, which you can also do using self rising flour and cream.
I also sometimes make biscuits from "baking mix" (which you can also use to make pancakes). It's three cups mix to one cup milk.

My DS, who eats almost any bread-like product joyfully, even said, "I'm trying to be kind, here... They're not your best effort."
Dense, flavorless, and even worse when they're cold. Yuck.
Those cream biscuits sound divine - I'll have to try those next time!

Too bad it wasn't Bisquick--there are bisquit recipes on the box and they're pretty good!

hmm well I guess Bisquick is pancake mix.
2 cups bisquick
1/2 cup sour cream, cut in to the bisquick
1/2 7-up mixed in
pat out and cut. bake at 400 until golden
oooh, what you said!

I have never in my life made biscuits with eggs in them. Flour, salt, baking powder, milk/buttermilk, butter/crisco. that's it. No eggs.
Muffins take eggs. Biscuits don't.
