I'm really interested in seeing others' scrapbook spaces because I'm always reorganizing my own and looking for new ideas. If you have photos or videos of your scrap room or scrap space would you mind sharing it here with me? Thanks!

Oh me too! I need some inspiration! My office is a disaster right thanks to my teenage DD LOL. Boy these kids know how to use my supplies but they don't seem to know how to put them away.

I've posted these pictures before, but here's my space. I've taken over the dining area. I can't wait until someday when I can have my own (not rented) house and a real craft room.

Too funny! I clicked on this thread because I just emptied out my scrapping closet (that's all I have - not a room, just a closet) all over my dining/family room (driving my family nuts in the process) and was excited to get ideas from everyone else.

Happy to know I'm not alone in my reorganizing chaos, but sad that there are no beautiful rooms to drool over . . . yet.

I'll keep checking back.

My room is the smallest bedroom in our house. I don't have any built ins, but I have tried to organize it on a budget.

I have a small space in the corner of our living room.. I love my area but wish I had more space. Now that I am getting more supplies, I am quickly running out of room. I too will be finding a new way to organize my things.
One tip that my DH came up with...
I use a tackle box from Walmart to hold all of embellishments that don't come in cases. They are clear with blue dividers and the dividers adjust. I even called the company and ordered more of the dividers. These were cheaper than the actual ones that are sold in scrap stores. I have even flipped the box over and everything stayed in there little square. I would post pix but I have no clue how..

I think I remember seeing her videos before. There is NO room to actually work and the amount of stuff would overwhelm me to the point of paralysis. I wonder how much she can actually do in there or if she works somewhere else.

Holy smokes Kat I can't believe that room ugh she did a video last year and was looking for ideas on how to make her room more functional I dont think she took anyone's advice I could not function in a room like that. You would literally have to crawl over stuff to get at anything and where is the space to actually craft. I had a giggle when she said she had a lot of space left I think I must have been watching a different video lol.I couldnt imagine moving that room's content I am tired just thinking about it. I never understand ppl that do videos of their rooms when they are untidy I can look at my own room and see a messy room lol.

I dont have a recent room tour video I am still waiting for scrubby to hang some of my decor items and my racks for my punches oh and the trim around the room and window, and hang a new light fixture, ugh I need to hire a handyman lol.

You ladies have some really nicely organized rooms. My goal is to make mine "prettier". it's very functional but not "pretty".

You are right about the video I shared, that room is way overcrowded to say the least. I don't know that I could ever use that much stuff but to each her own

I used to have 2 desks where the cabinets are at & now I mostly stand to scrap, but I still have the old black desk if I want to sit. Lastly, here is how I organized the drawers in my cabinets: Organization

I think I need an anxiety pill after watching that video. I'm just as shocked watching it this time as I was the last time I watched it.

I don't like to criticize anyone, but that right there is an episode of Hoarders waiting to happen. The amount of supplies she has--if all of us here at 2Peas took one thing, she'd still have a roomful. That is just not healthy. How can anyone even begin to sit down and be productive, and even make a dent in that amount of stuff?

I'm so happy I have my little rolling cart of patterned paper, and my few bins of embellishments/stamps. Keeps scrapping simple.

You can see my crafty space on my blog at www.fromtheheartoftammy.blogspot.com. My husband has built most of the items in my scraproom. He built all the shelving and my computer desk on the back wall. He also built my large work table for me as a Christmas gift. He wrote the sweetest message on the inside of one of the cabinet doors. I <3 him! He built the cart that holds my Cricut machines as well. He installed my slatwall and pegboard too. He even made me some easels to use when scrapping to ease my fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis pain while scrapping. There are pics on my blog of those as well. My sweet hubby is so handy! I did finally get him to hang my Ikea rails for my punches this weekend. LOVE them! I haven't taken any pics of them yet, but I placed them above the cart that holds my Expression and Imagine machines in the photos on my blog.

That video you posted Kat just left me in shock at how you could even craft in there! I will be showing that to the hubby next time he fusses at me for having to much stuff!!! Devildog I was thinking as I watched that video that those cubes would never hold all that paper and were an accident waiting to happen! Your post confirmed that had already happened!

I love to see pics of other peoples crafty spaces. I have LOTS saved on my Pinterest boards.

When I saw the first video of her space, I had DH watch it; just showing him how little I actually have.

I went through her videos and found the one she was showing her paper all on the floor. It was so jam packed and I don't think those cubes were made to hold that much weight. She mentions in one of her videos that she is actually getting to craft now, because she is more organized.

I wonder if she deleted, or edited, the collapse out of the video. I know when I first saw her original video, some of those bins actually came down while she was filming. As a matter of fact, I watched it twice, because I showed my DH (again, to show what a "good girl" I was with my limited amount of supplies ).

So many fantastic, beautiful and functional rooms! My youngest daughter has my digital camera, but I'll share when I get it back. I went more for function than beauty, but heck, I'm a scrapper, that could change at any given moment!

Kat, that video you showed just made my heart hurt. It reeked of teen girl, "here's ALL my stuff. Aren't you jealous?". And no, I am NOT making any judgement about the person behind the room, AT ALL. Just sharing the feeling the video about the room evoked. It isn't really a craft room, just a place to store the piles and piles of stuff she obsessively buys. Sad.

Wow!!! That video makes me feel so much better about the level of stuff I have!!!

Here is a look at my craft room - HERE I have made a couple of changes since then, where I had the two shelf units stacked in the cutout, I have moved those and put a desk and shelves as originally built. That makes life so much easier having a desk to keep my laptop, printer, and photo printer on. No more moving them back and forth to my tabletop when I need them!!

Fun seeing everyone's spaces!

My husband renovated a small sun porch off one of our upstairs bedrooms. Literally gutted it down to the floor boards and reframed the walls.
I have an album of photos of it here on 2p's

My Scrapbook "Treehouse"

Friends call it my scrapbook tree house because it is nestled next to our huge Magnolia tree in our backyard. So they tell me it looks like I am up there scrapbooking in a tree house (lol)

Oh man. Scrapping Latina did a new room video. She has a compulsive buying/collecting/OCD problem. But she is such a sweetie. I feel so bad for her. One time on her video she opened a drawer and it had credit card statements in it and she closed it and said she was hiding those from her husband. Yikes.

Natalie, I remember the wall collapse video but not the actual collapse. Just the before and then the after where she showed some of the carnage.

There is more stuffed packed into that space now. Yikes yikes yikes.

When I went to edit my signature, the "Edit Signature" title was spelled wrong. So that was distracting and I forgot what I wanted my new signature to be.

I found this video tonight, I've never seen so much stuff in one scrap room in my LIFE!

I watched that video just last night! I was sort of shocked at how much stuff she had but I've been watching her haul videos so I knew she had to have a lot of stuff in there. I don't know how she finds just the right paper!!

I don't have anything very special but here are a few pictures of my space. These pictures are from when I had my own room. I've moved to the back half of our living room now so that I could make a bedroom for our grandkids to use & also because hubby & I were spending no time together. I was always in my room & he was in the living room. Now, we just fight over what's on the tv! LOL!

This was my Grandma's hutch, I love it!

Here's my table & yes that is a mason jar with a lid on it. I am a true redneck!(there was a recent thread about that on NSBR)

It's nothing special and certainly not what I have pictured but it works for me.

i LOVE that hutch! it is special because it's yours! it's nice that you can scrap and spend time with your husband at the same time! I'm not married but I have to make sure there's room for both of my huge dogs in my scrap room at all times.

Merry - I like that you moved to the living room. I have half the family room for the exact same reason. I could convert one of the kids old bedrooms, but I didn't want to feel locked away. This way, hubby and I can watch TV, cook and I can craft and still be together.

Now his craft is woodworking (he does beautiful stuff) and he keeps asking if he can bring his tools in from the garage. Nope - too much sawdust!

And your grandmothers hutch is stunning. What a nice piece to have.

The hutch is awesome! I like your space, Merry. I opened all the links into new tabs for the people who linked their stuff. Katrina (KB ) , your room is so happy. I love the orange albums and the Audrey poster.

My room functions as my home office, too (I work from home). I also have a big old chair-and-a-half in here with an ottoman. I spend most of my day in here and it's been the best room configuration yet. I have been in here a little over a year and I just love to be in here. I would probably spend all my waking hours in here but I feel guilty so sometimes I venture out to hang with my people.

When I went to edit my signature, the "Edit Signature" title was spelled wrong. So that was distracting and I forgot what I wanted my new signature to be.
