Is anyone wanting another round of the 8x8 album page swap? There was interest when the last round ended in Janurary. There was also maybe interest in having a few be 12x12. Thoughts??

Some of the lines I've been looking at:

ECHO PARK:
Hello Summer
This & That Graceful (girl)
This & That Charming (boy)
A Boy's Life
Yours Truly

Simple Stories:
Summer Fresh
Fabulous (girls)
Awesome (boys)

Doodlebug:
Boys only
Colorwheel Collection

Basic Grey:
PB&J
Konnichiwa

Graphic 45:
Olde Curiosity Shoppe
Kraft Reflections

Amy Tangerine/American Crafts:
Sketchbook Paper

Crate Paper:
Storyteller

October Afternoon:
Sasparilla
Woodland Picnic

Please let me know what you like or don't like. If there's a line out that you really like, let me know. Thanks for looking!

I finally got a chance to go through the lines you have posted.
My favorites were

Simple stories Awesome

E.P. Hello Summer
A Boys Life
Yours Truly - (LOVE this one!)

A few more suggestions (but won't be hurt if you don't use them)
Teresa Collins Spring Fling and Everyday Moments

My Mind's Eye Nostalgia

Fancy Pants Childish

Also I vote 12 x 12 depending on the size, but would do 8x8 as well.

Thanks, looking forward to this one!

Echo Park - Hello Summer and Yours Truly (love!)

Basic Greay - PB&J (love all the yellow)
BG-Konnichiwa (of course! I have Asian kids! Lol)

Amy Tangerine - Sketchbook

October Afternoon - Sasparilla (LOVE!)
OA- Woodland Park

I really like Shilo's suggestion of Teresa Collins-Everyday moments. The navy and yellow rock!!!!

My suggestions (of course you are going to get a million opinions...lol) are:

Bobunny - Alora or Country Garden

I like the 8x8 size. I really like the Teresa Collins Everyday Moments papers too, but I also like Echo Park and Simple Stories. I wish the Archivers by me sold individual papers for Simple Stories, they mostly just have the kits.

Thanks for replying! I would like to do 12x12 AND 8x8. If there's enough interest, I would do 8 different groups-5 in 8x8 and 3 in 12x12. I really would like to do 2 boys spots and 2 girl spots along with a few groups that would work for just about anything. I'm totally up to moving the groups around, too.

Let me know what you think:

12x12
Teresa Collins Everyday
October Afternoon Sasparilla
Simple Stories Fabulous

8x8
Echo Park Hello Summer
Echo Park Yours Truly
Basic Grey Konnichiwa
Simple Stories Awesome
maybe Amy Tangerine or PB&J or Simple Stories Summer Fresh

Thoughts? I really want these to fill up, I can't be doing 4 spots per group. On some I will do two since I have 2 boys and 2 girls.

Andrea, if nobody else likes the Konnichiwa, mabye we can split it between us. Would love to have something done for Cassie when she gets back from China this summer.

I would definitely like to do Konnichiwa. Keep in mind though, that those are Japanese themed papers. Almost all of it can be pulled over and used for China. I looked at the line of paper and embellishments and the only thing that I notice is blatantly Japanese is the Geisha girl and all of the symbols. Besides that, they should work for a China themed trip.

I would also join the Echo Park Yours Truly and Hello Summer.

I like all of these:
Teresa Collins Everyday
October Afternoon Sasparilla
Simple Stories Fabulous

But, it depends on how many pages we would make. I would hate to make the same page 18 times. Would this swap be to put a whole album together?

As a side note, Hobby Lobby has been carrying Echo Park lately. They have the Be Mine collection right now and it is similar to Yours Truly.

I'd love to do this swap again.
I'd certainly sign up for Awesome, summer fresh (if that's an option) and maybe one other one, Hello Summer, I think.

ETA: depends on what my LSS gets in stock.

I would take a spot in TC Everyday moments for sure.

And more than likely a spot in Simple Stories Fabulous & Awesome - I don't think I have ever seen this brand in my local stores, but I bet Archiver's would have it.

I also like EP Hello Summer and Yours Truly and would take spots in those.

I might take a spot or two depending on what my LSS gets in for papers. I still haven't done anything with most of the other 8 x 8 swaps I have participated in, so I really need to get on that!

I'll wait to see what papers you choose when you open the swap.

I love anything BO Bunny so Barefoot and Bliss is great for me. But I like all beach lines. I thought Fancy Pants had a new beach line coming out. Let me see if I can find it, in case people wants a newer line.

ETA-Yes, Fancy Pants has 2 new Beach lines, Summer Soul and Wave Searcher.

I like the Fancy Pants lines as well. They had 2 last year and 2 beach themed releases this year. I have 2 concerns about their lines though...they are either blues/browns for boys or pinks/reds/oranges for girls AND some of the papers have really large prints that take up over half the page.

I don't mind using a line from FP. What are your thoughts?

Except for the Wave Searcher, I don't care for the fancy pants lines out now. But of course, everyone else may love them so....I thought the wave searcher line had enough to work with. Maybe using some of the larger print to cut out embellishments. Or, just the collection of embellishments is awesome!

I am visiting my mom this weekend. I get to visit one of my favorite scrapbook stores. She carries a lot of neat and new stuff. I am going to look for some of these lines while I am there.

I love BoBunny anything too Becky!!! Lol

The Bo Bunny line has some fairly large prints too but they are much more workable. Now, what about being allowed to use the 6x6 paper pads of these lines? They make the prints smaller. I know in the past, that was not permitted...can that be changed for this go round?

In person, wave searcher was pretty big. The LSS only had 2 papers from the barefoot bliss. . I think Graphic 45 may have a beach line out,

I think the Fancy Pants line has prints that are too big. Denise, I looked at the 6x6 pads and noticed there are only TWO sheets per design in each pad. I like your idea but you would have to buy quite a few of the pads and that would get expensive.

I like the Bo Bunny line and found an online store that has the entire collection on clearance. I've never bought anything from them before...

I think I'm going to go with Echo Parks Little Boy over OA Sasparilla. OA's papers were pretty big prints when I finally saw them in person.

Thoughts??

Hold the presses!! Yikes, I just saw this new release from My Mind's Eye. The link has the 2nd part of the release, to see the other papers, you can click the link on their blog:

INDIE CHIC

Here's the site for:

BAREFOOT & BLISS

Let me think about the 6x6 pads. I know companies make the prints on a smaller scale so I don't know how that would look in comparison to those that uses the 12x12 papers.
