10/18 THose of your who sent my postage over the last few days I will be mailing out your packages tomorrow afternoon. THought I would let you know...
10/12 PLEASE check to make sure I didn't place extra paper clips in your bag. Please make sure you have no extras in christmas and Back to school. Somehow I 2 sets of these out to someone by mistake. Please let me know. I will send you poastage yo get to the right person.

10/9 I have swapped out 3 of the groups. I will finish up today and mail out tomorrow. I swapped all the flowers out. They are all so pretty. I really think some of you should do this professionally!! I want to apologize to the purple group. Tessiepea had 2 spots in that group so you got alot of your back. I am so sorry.

10/4 Kayleesmomma's came today! I still not heard from Tessiepea and I guess Kate will mail out to you...SO with that being said as time is available over the week-end.....remember I have a conference with my church tomorrow and all day Saturday and my daughters are coming into town on Sunday....I will begin to swap this out. I am willing to wait till the first of the week, but there has been NO communication from Tessiepea in about a week and a half. I do not feel as though it is fair to wait any longer.
10/3 Still waiting on 3. Whatever is here by the week-end/first of week will be swapped and mailed by Wednesday. Thanks for being patient.

FOUR SWAPS IN ONE!!
This is 4 swaps that for the purpose of shipping costs I have combined into 1. You can join all of the swaps or just one. The due day will be SEPTEMBER 29, 2012.
The Swaps will be 1) Seasonal Paperclip Swap, 2) Embellished Layered Flower Swap, 3) Embellished Paper Owl Swap, and 4) An Embellished Feather Swap.
Embellished Paper Clip Swap Requirements:
1. Silver Jumbo Paper clips (can get these at Wal-Mart, Target, or any office supply store for around 1.00-1.50)
2. Embellish with the items in the groups you join
3. You will send in 8 and get 8 back.
4. Embellish at least "1" time. For example if you choose the Halloween group, you would have something related to Halloween like a pumpkin, witch, candy corn, or a bat etc then embellished(can be the item inked. Jewels, ribbon, small buttons, jute, etc) or the Fall group say leaves, pumpkins, or anything else that says fall (then embellished somehow).
Examples...I could not find holiday ones so here is some flowers. Just imagine these with holiday decor.

EMBELLISHED LAYERED FLOWER SWAP:
Requirements: This is for the layered embellished flowers swap only.
1. Your flower will consist of 4 layers. The largest layer will be approx. 2 inches and the smallest flower needs to be at least 1 inch. The 2 flowers between will be in varying sizes between 1 and 2 inches. The sizes are approoximate and can be larger, just not smaller.
2. Each layer of the flowers needs to be embellished...examples are inking, glitter, stickles etc
3. All the layers will be attached together with a brad or button.
4. For those that have a Silhouette, there are lots of these available on the site.
5. Can use solid or print paper, but please use same paper on all layers.
6. You will send in 6 and get back 6.

EMBELLISHED OWL SWAP: FULL AND CLOSED
This is for a paper Embellished Owl Swap.
Requirements:
1. The will be out of paper and embellished at least 2 times.

VINTAGE FEATHER SWAP: FULL AND CLOSED
Requirements for the Feather swap:
1. You will send in 2 feathers for each person in your group. There will be 5 spots in each group, which means you will be making 10 feathers(5--8 inch and 5--6 inch)
2. The feathers will be the following sizes 6 inches and 4 inches with at least 2 inches of wire at the bottom of them. This means the total size will be 8 and 6 inches including the wire. clarifiction: 6 inches of feather and 2 inches of wire=8 inch feather.
3. A tutorial that will be listed here as a guide in making these.
4. Since this is a vintage swap, please make these accordingly using vintage looking paper and inking the edges. Vintage paper can be old Dictionaries, song books, scrapbooking paper etc.

We can only use 4 layers? Or can it be 4 or more? I like to use at least 6, but that is me. I didn't know if anyone would be upset if I used up to 6 layers. Also, what about an ivory or cream group?

Ising2dlord I added an Ivory Group in the flowers and added you in. I never thought of Ivory.
I have only updated through Ising2dlord. I will do the rest later on tonight. I am trying to take my time and make sure I do not miss anything.

OKAY...there is a problem with the last update I did. For some reason none of my additions were saved even though I saved them. I tried to get back on and edit this and make sure I corrected it and it will not let me on.
I have rechecked up to Tessiepea....I will start there and do the rest when I get home...
SO....when I get home from work I am going to sit down and fix them. PLEASE bare with me....I really do not know what happened! |

I set it up as paper only....I have no problem with ribbon on or in the center.
I figure as scrapbookers we all have tons of paper.

KayleesMomma - love your clips1 I am glad I am in that group so I get one
The flowers are so easy - I did my pink ones last night on my cricut. I can cut them while I work on something else and then layered them while I watched Olympic rowing last night.
So I will take a spot in ivory flowers as well.
I will also take a spot in back to school and 4th of July paper clips. I bought a box of paper clips yesterday and there were 100 in it so I may as well use them.  |

Hi Becky, thanks for letting me in your swap I love these! Can I have a spot in
Flowers-green / 2 spots in Ivory / and I'll take an extra spot in purple to help u close it as well please. I use it purple a lot so that'll work for me. I forgot to put orange so if a spot opens up In orange can u please add me to it? I would appreciate it very much! I would like to go ahead an take a spot in the paperclips too if I can have 2 spots for 4th of july and 1 for school please? Thank you! So here are my updated requests-

My next ? Is the jumbo paperclips the standard paperclips that are sold in a box or is it the super 3 inch jumbo clips that are sold individually?

Ok, so I am playing around with the paper flowers trying to figure out what kind I want to make with each color and I used Youtube tutorials to make a couple. I posted the link below. Can I make them like this? I envision putting pearls on the white one. Thanks for feedback!!! here they are |

The jumbo paper clips are NOT the 3 inch ones. They are the larger ones that come in a box of 100.
I will update the rest of this swap later. I am at work.
