Didn't get a chance to get online Friday night (dh thought he needed to play on my computer instead...) but I have 2 of my pennants done and will get the remaining done this coming week and mailed back. |

FOR SURE a thanksgivng one! AND here is a sneaky peek at my finished "W"! I hope it fits in w/the others! I used Tersea Collins Haunting Hollows line! I LOVE that one & found that stack at Hobby lobby! I was so excited to get it.

Hi
Can someone give me approximate measurements on the pennant top and sides? I want to start planning since it will be a few days before my pennants arrive.
Also, I noticed from the picture Rosy Cheeks posted that they have little loops on the sides. Is everyone leaving these in the raw chipboard color, or can we paint/ink them? I am guessing that covering the little loops with paper would be next to impossible.

I think the inside measurements of the pennants are 3.5 x 5.5. I inked my edges because I had various chipboard pieces (some white, some kraft). HTH |

Hi checking in and I used a push pin to get mine to pop out jdstumble. I put the banner over a coaster I use that is spongey or a mat and then used the push pin to poke away. You can use a paper piercer too but the push pin was easier for me because I was closer to the banner which gave me more control and then I took a craft knife if needed to cut in a few spots so it didn't tear. Received my pennants today. Working on popping out the little loopy middles. A few of the loops had tears in them before I even started. I will do my best to make sure it isn't noticeable on the final product.

Just checking in with everybody, I'm personally calling it an early night from being in the sun all day swimming but just wanted to wish everybody a great weekend ahead.
Be on the lookout for the sign-ups for my Thanksgiving, Christmas and Hanukkah pennant swap - Thanksgiving with an earlier due date of course.
I am stocking up on the chipboard now so unfortunately there will only be one group for each category as it can get somewhat costly to mail all the pennants mailed out in advance. So between chipboard and postage, I do hope all understands that again there's only one group for each category.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to be an angel for your swap. I mailed off my finished banner pieces to you this morning. I wanted you to get them early in case you think they will need to be re-made. This way you can find a different angel if these aren't done to your liking. I had a very hard time getting the loops to pop out and don't want you to be disappointed in the final product, although I am very happy with how they turned out despite my loopy troubles.
I enclosed an envelope for return shipping and have postage on the envelope along with an extra $1 in case I didn't put enough postage on. No DC# is necessary for the return shipping. The envelope will need to be taped shut as the adhesive has been exposed. Sorry about that.
