I've been using it for a while and really like
it. They have changed the spout to a pump and
I can't get the stupid thing open. I've twisted
it in both directions but it won't open.
Anyone have it and able to open it? TIA!

I am horrible at opening those new pumps -- lotions, body wash - any of them. I just don't get it My DH always does it for me!

It took me FOREVER to open the new bottle. It was a combination of pulling up and twisting that finally did it. Just keep at it.

Hold super-tight to the "cap" with one hand (twist the "cap" on as tight as you can); while still holding the cap tight to the left, spin the pump (most likely counterclockwise) until it pops up. (Worked at BBW forever; people would bring in their "broken" pumps all the time...they were always amazed when their "broken" pump actually worked.)

No, no, no! Say it is not so! I hate pumps, but I love their body wash. I haven't bought any recently so I'm still using the old kind.

Thanks everyone! It worked by holding the cap really
tightly in one direction and rotating the pump
in the opposite!! You would think they would put
direction on the package.

When in doubt... find a kid to open it! Always works!

you must grab the RING just about the cap, and below the pump. once you grab that ring and hold tight, turning the pump counterclockwise, it will release and pop up almost instantly. the trick is to grab the ring, not the screw on part of the cap/top.

its nuts that such a great store at Costco doesn't tell how to open these pumps as they are on almost all of their hair and bath products.

good luck.

unscrew the cap and pour into the neutrogena body wash bottle that you were using before. I couldn't get it opened either !

THIS!! I had just been transferring the pump from the
old bottle but once I started using the above method,
it's a piece of cake!

It is awesome. I love the fragrance.

Here's some info

"The Kirkland Signature body wash has a similar story. Made in Toronto, Ontario, it contains 100 percent pure exotic plant extracts, including acai, goji berry, chamomile, mangosteen, basil, pomegranate and olive. These extracts help to nourish skin and combat free radicals, and are packed with superb anti-aging properties, yet are gentle enough for babies.

Scott reports, Men are finally catching on to the body wash craze and are big fans of this product, especially since they can use it as a shower shaving gel too.(So can women.)

Carolyn adds, We heard from our members that they loved the body wash, but found the bottle difficult to handle. We've incorporated a new cap and a non-slip label that makes it easy to hold and squeeze.

I like the creamy feel and skin-softening effect of this body wash made with no chemical ingredients. The price is also a pleasure: 54 fluid ounces (two bottles of 27 ounces each, for easier handling) at $9.99."
