I just received a call from Fed Ex. Apparently my package was stuck at the border so it won't be delivered until Wednesday morning before 10:30am. That is when I originally thought it would be there, so, glad to have confirmation that it will be on time. |

Mine went out today (tried to get them out yesterday, but life was against me). The delivery confirmation # is 0312 2120 0000 3294 1752. They said you should have on the 9th - I'll keep my fingers crossed.

I believe I have sent Shilo enough money/postage to ship calendars, daily albums, and twinchies in a large flat rate box with delivery confirmation. Twinchies are saying they will arrive tomorrow and they have $9 in there and the daily albums had $9 worth of postage. Confusing I know but that's the story of my life!  love ya!! |

Still can't believe it was doing that .. and we don't have mail places open on Saturdays here, so I am sorry for mailing Mon, but this is all I have been doing!

Rosy, I sent enough money and postage to Shilo for everything to be shipped back in a large flat rate box. I dont know what to tell you to do with mine. I guess I'm forced to wait because I signed up for 3 groups in order to use them as gifts. You can't really give partial calendars as gifts  This constant lateness really angers me and it keeps getting worse.
You and Shilo are both great hostesses. Thanks for all of your hard work. |

Man was hoping to have these sent together, DD, twinchies & calendar pages....would be nice to receive all together. Looks like my group is missing 2 months , I know there was mail issues as I send 2 sets of pennants to her and neither were received, but wasn't aware of other issues.
Since I sent these 7 weeks ago, please send mine as-is - I will finish it myself since this is an early Christmas gift and need right away. I originally thought I had August anyhow & have the page already formatted in my mind's eye. |

OK ladies, here is the poop. Mrs Grazzza has notified me that she did not get her pages sent today. I talked it over w/Shiloh as many of these were to be sent with either the twinhies or the daily journals. We both decided in order to get these back to many of you IN TIME & most importantly to our Canadian peas(they take a LOT longer then to you in the US) BEFORE the holiday, we MUST send what we do have out asap! So we advised Mrsgrazzza to keep her package & plan on sending her pages to you separately on her own dime. If her pages turn up next week, I will return them. I hope she will do this & you will then get a complete set, BUT i really worry she could not get them to you before Christmas....Now I am SOOOO sorry but this means you will be missing 2 pages/months from each group. So you will have to make 2 pages to complete your gift. I am sooooo sorry! I hope we made the right call. I will keep Mrs garzzzas page from all of you and ship them to her as soon as you get her pages sent to you. I hope that makes sense? But I promise you as soon as wrens pages get here I will slip them & mail out that same or next day! No later then Monday. I will NOT list mrsgarzzza a flaker as she has kept in touch all the time, life has just caught up with her..... if we can learn any thing, we should take a page from beckyrn & in all fairness to the rest of us.....TRY to get your swap done & send out WAY BEFORE the due date! .........then life's twists & turns can just SUCK it! |

Thanks Rosie for all your hard work. I appreciate the kind words and yes, if people would just learn to sit down and DO the craft they have signed up for IMMEDIATELY, there would never be a reason for tardiness. Everyone had about 10 weeks to work on these pages... MORE than plenty of time.
I think I will be taking a break from swapping in the next coming months. I'm just really frustrated with the tardiness that continues to plague some swappers. It's not the hostess's fault as they are only trying to please everyone and send back a complete swap. I know that feeling and have waited for late shippers. It's time to take a step back for me... |

I'm finishing up the swaps I'm in and stepping away too. I will miss it terribly but the tardiness and flakers takes the joy and fun out of it. I signed up for these calendars to use as gifts. Now I have to finish 6 pages to even be able to give them out. It really makes me angry. |

April You should not have to make 6. I am tardy with this swap and I apologize. My other swaps lately have been on time including my 3 DD's that Shiloh has. I have had a houseful of sick kids. Strep and ear infections etc. Mine are in the mail and Rosie has the dc. My understanding is that she is going to slip my pages in Monday before she mails. Sorry to have failed you all. I am going to step back and just be sure I do not over commit myself. Working on making sure my current swaps go out on time. Once again I apologize for holding up this swap. | |

OK my sweet peas.... I'm so bummed that so many of us are stepping back from swapping  . I totally understand. I have to admit I was thinking of doing the same thing....but scrapping is my stress relief. So I will continue to check up on here & might even sign up for a spot or 2, however I will be more cautious! For those of you that are in group 1 swap, I hurriedly did a page for March, I had the papers for it on hand & its not anything great....AND you will have to put the calendar page on it. OH Meleah... I don't know if I should say "RUN! the twinchie swaps are cursed" OR "Hey Meleah, YEAH DO it!"
I will for sure sign up because I am hooked!! HOWever I think you should keep the limit groupings to just 1 or 2 subjects, like 1 vintage Valentine & 1 regular Valentine & one other vintage Spring & 1 regular Spring (or what ever you want). AND do them WAY WAY before they will be needed! Like do the Valentines NOW & that way we can atually use them BEFORE the holiday comes???
ANYWAY my friends....GOOD news AND bad news
Good news first: I have everything in boxes & just heading over to Shilo's to combine the swaps!!! YEAH!
Bad news:...NOW you know both groups were missing pages? as Mrsgrazzza was unable to get hers out to me on time(I believe I would NOT have received them even yet)...I however did throw together 2 needed pages, 1 for each group! Group one, I made a January. HOWEVER, you will need to print off your own copy of the month( I was out of ink in my printer!!  ) Sorry, Group 1 you will still need a July month!again sorry, I had NO July paper on hand, to help you out a bit.
GROUP 2 I did do a March for you, AGAIN you will have to print off a calendar month...sorry YOU will be missing AUGUST! I have some cute things for it but NO time! My hubby is remodeling our kitchen..I am not helping him in anyway & I think i'm in trouble! & Thanksgiving..thats it...Thanksgiving is making me & this swap is consuming my every waking hour....so I figured it wouldent be to hard for ya all to make just one more little ol` page??? SORRY

Thanks Rosy, I think I will go ahead and open up another twinchie swap. If I start it now, there SHOULD BE plenty of time for them to be back in time for Valentines Day. But you know how that can turn upside down, lol. This will be my first swap to host, so I guess it will determine whether I do it again after this. Thanks Rosy! |

Rosie, I rec'd my calendars today. I haven't had time to browse thru them as I'm trying to get all the turkey preparations done for the hubby. I have to work so he's cooking for my parents... but I still end up with the job of getting the turkey, stuffing and eggs ready...lol
