Posted: 10/2/2012 5:26:26 PM when i type or try to put a shape on the mat, nothing shows up. what am i doing wrong? i am following the directions that came with it. thanks!

Posted: 10/3/2012 1:38:54 AM Select the item on your mat with your mouse (even though it's not showing up). Then touch on the line button and increase the point size of the lines until you can see the item.

Posted: 10/5/2012 5:49:48 PM Oh my goodness, THANK YOU Heidi! I was having the same problem as the OP. I never could figure this out and would use a fill in option to see what I was putting on the mat! That was so easy!!!
