Thank God the vote turned out the way it did! I'm pretty sure she has said "I can't" in EVERY challenge so far.
There are very few people on this season who I like.
cheers,
Cindy

I agree Leanne. I thought he sucked the last time he played too. He looks like he would be a physical threat but he has no follow through. I would've gotten rid of him tonight because I think Angie would be much easier to manipulate. We shall see. |

This has been such a boring season so far! I think Russell is the one who has caused them to lose every challenge. I'm ready to see more of the other teams. When they showed Artis tonight, I forgot he was even on the show. I think having 3 teams was not such a good idea. |

I hate this thing with the three teams, and I hate having only one challenge! I want two challenges! And I think it's silly when they have one team that is just eliminated one by one. Remember Stephanie's team way back on her first season? It ended up being just here alone. When it gets down to just a few like tonight then it really isn't fair to the ones left. They have to play every member of their tribe while the other tribes get to sit out the ones who are weakest in whatever type of challenge that is. I wish they would just merge them into two tribes and be done with it. And then maybe we could have two challenges! growl...
I'm glad they voted Angie off, although Russell is no real advantage to the team. But I'm tried of hearing Angie say she can't do a challenge. Russell can't either but at least he doesn't say so! lol.

I hate the three teams. It's time to stir it up and pick new teams. I also don't understand telling people you have the idol. It never works in your favor.

Monklady123 hit the nail on the head.
2 teams. 2 challenges. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I wonder if Angie will seek out some cookies first thing?!!

I don't like the 3 team format as I feel I hardly know the other two teams since the losers have dominated the show. Russell is a shock that he's so useless when he looks like such a physical threat. Angie was a horrible choice to be on the show...she should have been gone the first week. Her fake boobs were so big that I'm sure she had trouble diving in the challenge. Were we all that clueless and self centered at age 20?

Worst moment of the evening: when Abi found the Immunity Idol.
I dislike her immensely, and was hoping she'd go out in flames in the near future... but it looks like she now has the power on her tribe. |

I think the right person went home tonight-Angie (who I had in the pool by the way) has been such a weak player since day one. Here she is 20 years old and she gives up (the only thing she's ever done on Survivor)after one attempt in the challenge, and a woman twice her age, Denise(41) goes out 3 times successfully! Remember when she was trying to get the puzzle piece that was only 2 feet down in the water? She couldn't even do that-maybe her fake boobs were keeping her afloat? Seriously though, she was the youngest person out there and yet physically she acted as if she was 85.
That poor blue team was stuck with the 3 weakest players in the entire game. That's half of their team! I sincerely hope that next week they all get mixed up and reassigned into two teams. My son says that won't happen because they'd end up uneven. The previews did look as if the blue team was competing in a challenge-if so I hope they win. I agree though, it was shocking to see Russell so weak at the challenge.
I don't like Abi. Here she goes off all crazy on RC saying that if she goes behind her back she will regret it (and not that nicely), and then she does the same exact same thing! RC should drop her alliance with her ASAP. I know that doesn't look good but Abi isn't stable and who knows what she is going to do next.
And what the heck is it with Mike? Another injury. That's the reason you don't dive in the water with a face mask on-it's the reason you see scuba divers holding their masks and falling in the water backwards, so the force of the water hits their backs and not the masks.
Can't wait to see what next week brings.

I have a question about the immunity idol. At Tribal
Council, looks like they have to use the idol before the voting, is that right? So they would have to feel pretty certain they would get the votes in order to use it-or be outed that they have the idol....someone please explain!! Thank you!

This is true. The idol has to be played before the vote, and it can be used to protect the holder, or to protect someone else designated by the holder.
This is why several people have been voted off WITH the immunity idol in their pockets (or in one case, TWO immunity idols -- yes, I'm looking at you, James...) They thought they wouldn't get the votes, but they did. |

Actually, isn't it before Jeff reads the votes? Then any votes cast against the idol holder, don't count.
So not enjoying the season, so far. I hate it when one team gets beat every week. It's boring as all get out. |

Jeff has been asking for the immunity idol before the vote (not between voting and reading votes). I was thinking that each member would have to quickly reassess who they vote for if the person they had planned to vote for used their immunity. That could really affect the game going forward.

I don't think you're remembering it correctly. As others have said, Jeff is definitely asking for the HII after the votes are cast, but before they are read just as it's been in the past seasons. I remember when the HII was first introduced--the person did have to use it before the vote, but it's been used the current way (play it after the votes are cast for some time now). I like the current way much better--glad they made that change.
Saw some additional preview for this week. I really cannot stand that Abi girl. Poor RC for making the mistake of aligning with her and confiding in her. Everything that Abi has accused RC of and threatened her for are things RC isn't doing, but Abi sure is. It's so irritating to watch.
