I've had *meh* experiences with their shipping as well. I'm in WA state, so if they ship UPS Ground it's automatically a week before I get my order anyway. But it always seems to take them SEVERAL days to ship, so it feels like an eternity before the order gets here.
In May they shipped all the Kelly Purkey PL Kits, and people were getting theirs, but I had still not received a ship notice from my pre-order. I had to email them and then they finally shipped it. Not sure what happened there - it seemed like they had forgotten my order or something
I'm also annoyed by the fact that they use brand new USPS Priority Mail packaging *inside* their boxes to keep items safe. It's technically illegal, and just seems unprofessional/cheap.

I placed my first order from them this month and, while it took 4 days from ordering to shipping, it only took 10 days to get here, which is quite fast for international.
It took about the same time a 2peas order usually takes in total for me. No problems here.

My first order from the PL sale took a few days to ship but came very quickly. I was worried after reading these posts but was very pleased that it came in time for my scrapbook weekend this coming weekend.

I love SSS. Sometimes they're slow to ship, sometimes it's next day. Doesn't matter - what matters is that their postage isn't ridiculous (one pack of stickers here - automatic $36 shipping charge). Definitely one of the best places to shop as an international as far as pricing goes.

I'm always super pleased with them. Orders usually take around 3 weeks for me, but sometimes I get them within a week, which is amazing, since I'm in Australia. Plus, there shipping is super cheap compared to most international stores I've found, so waiting a while to ship is totally worth it, a lot of the time it usually ships the next day also.
I also really like there customer service. I only just received an order from them and they forgot to send a stamp set. I emailed them and within the day I got reply saying they've refunded me. Honestly, I would have preferred the set, but it doesn't matter, I was just super pleased with the fast reply.

I live in South Carolina and have never had an issue with shipping times from them.

My first order with them was placed on Thursday, August 8th and we received it Tuesday, August 20th. Two weeks seems to be average for them.
I have to admit I was upset at the rather long wait, but when I received my order I was extremely pleased with it; you can't beat their shipping rates. We are in Canada and I paid $7 on a $100 order. Here I placed a $27 order and the shipping was $17 and I had to be careful not to order anything heavy. I would love to buy many more items here but cannot afford the shipping rates.
