I use the Glueglider. Haven't made the switch to ATG because I prefer the size of the Glueglider. | |

I love my atg. I use a coupon at m to get a good deal. I couldn't image using anything else anymore. Yes the size was a change but I quickly got used to it. | |

I have both the pink ATG and the glue glider.
I really like the size & maneuverability of the glue glider.
But like the price and ease of finding the ATG refills.
So usually I stick with the ATG unless I get a gift for the glue glider refills. | |

I have both and love them both. I get refills with a coupon for the ATG at M's and for the glueglider with coupon at A's. I don't order anything from online so have no suggestions there. | |

I have both but use my ATG about 95% of the time. One of the deciding factors for me was the price of the refills. The Glue glider refills are pretty expensive and if you look, they are the exact same length of adhesive as the Tombow adhesives. That was a shock to me. The ATG is the way to go money wise. I usually buy my refills at any of the stores when they have adhesive on sale or with a coupon, but I have also done buy ins from Tape Depot online. | |

I got a Glueglider because 1) it is pretty and pink and 2) it is smaller and dainty and I couldn't imagine using that big ol' ATG - and then a friend gave me an ATG and now I use it 99% of the time! LOL! Once you get used to it, it's fine. A group of us goes in together and buys the tape in bulk so that it's cheap - we each get like 4 rolls and if there are 5 or 6 of us, I guess we order a case. I am not sure where they order it from, but I love it!
I still like my Glueglider for crops, but it does seem harder to find refills and they aren't cheap. I sometimes get them online (check ebay) in bulk. Hope this helps! | |

I was a GGP girl snd then I switched teams to ATG. So glad that I did! Tape is MUCH cheaper, and you get SO MUCH MORE of it | |

For the OP...the Glue Glider is much more user-friendly due to it's size, however...i get my ATG refills at www.framingsupplies.com and they are really cheap! | |

For most of my paper crafting I use my ATG (I have 4 - Red, Yellow, Pink and generic blue) I get my refills at findtape.com. I don't like the 3m brand tape so I use SCapa tape in my yellow gun (1/2" and I use the generic acid free brand from findtape for my other ATGs. I am very happy.
I do own the Glue Glider pro - but like others have said the refills are pricey and I don't find the placement of the glue is very precise. I am always getting glue where I don't want it to be.
For gluing down little pieces I use either PLUS adhesive glue pen or Scotch dot roller. | |

Another GlueGlider girl here.
No HL by me, either so I get my refills thru Oriental Trading. Their prices were the lowest I found, but be aware of the shippping charges. I make sure I order as mamy as I can w/in my 'shipping budget'. | |

I liked Glue Glider, but it got used up so fast, it just wasn't economical. The refills were gone in a heartbeat, or so it seemed. I bought the pink ATG and have been much happier. | |

Hands down ATG!!! It's not that big. If your heavy handed and use a lot of tape I wouldn't think twice about buying it. It's the best purchase I've ever made besides my cricut!! | |

Had a GG but ended up with an ATG simply because of the difference in cost. Using the ATG is amazingly cheaper to use!! When I was using the GG I found myself skimping on how much I used. With the ATG, I can feel free to make sure everything is there to stay!!

ATG all the way. It was pretty easy to adjust to the size, it goes a long way and the refills are pretty reasonable. I had a glue glider at one point but it just didn't work for me. I don't remember what I didn't like about it anymore but I ended up tossing it after using it for a very short time. | |

I have both and the tape on each work great. I use my ATG more because the tape goes a long way. The refills for the GG are a bit pricey. I don't have a HL near me.
The GG is a nice size and it is super easy to refill. Just pop the cartridge in and you are good to go. With the ATG is takes some time threading it. I still have problems getting the thing opened to refill it. | |
