Don't like Simple Stories Handmade Holidays as much as I thought I would. Does 2 Peas take things back?
Thanks,

Their return policy, or rather their NO return policy, is disappointing: Return Policy
Two Peas does not accept returns at this time. If there was an error with your order, please contact us so that we can quickly resolve any issues you may have!
Please note that any unauthorized returns we receive back will not be accepted. Clearance items, or items which have been opened, are never accepted as returns.

Wow, I never thought to look at the return policy. That stinks. |

Well, I'm glad I know this now! If I were you, and I really knew I wouldn't use it, I would try to sell it (here, or on one of the Facebook pages for selling scrapbook items) or perhaps gift it to a scrapbooking friend. |

Really? No returns allowed? I have to admit, that is very disappointing, particuarly for an online retailer. It's one thing for a brick and mortar LSS store where you get to touch and see the product, but it's a really unfriendly policy for an online store.

When I worked at an LSS we didn't take returns on paper.
If something crafty isn't to my liking once I buy it online, I usually just chalk it up to a downside to shopping online where you can't touch and feel the product first. |

I always read the return policy when I'm purchasing both online and in a store. One of the reasons I haven't purchased from Two Peas (and some other places) is that they have a "no returns" policy. This is especially important to me when I'm buying online, since it is sometimes difficult to know exactly what you're getting. If it's adhesive refills, or something I've purchased before, then I might do it. Otherwise, no. |

I had no idea this was their policy. I just assumed they were libral in their return policy like all of the other online retailers I've dealt with. Wow.

At first I was going to say I can see why they don't accept returns. After all, they are dealing with time sensitive products.
But then I thought about the fact that every other retailer that I've bought scrappy supplies from accepts returns. Granted, none of them are an LSS, and they only carry certain items, but it made me rethink.

Yes, I can spell. No, my Kindle can't.
Just my humble opinion. And no, I wasn't being mean.
