I'm wondering if the designer edition software ever goes on sale and if so.. what is a good price to pay for it? I've been watching amazing youtube videos and I think I need to invest in the software. Has anyone heard of any sales coming up?

Posted: 10/11/2012 8:00:22 PM I haven't seen anything recently - but maybe that's because I've had the Designer Edition forever so I haven't been looking - but I know that it goes on sale for at least 1/2 off fairly frequently. My advice is to wait until you find a deal that good because it is a great upgrade, but worth waiting for a deal!

Posted: 10/17/2012 3:35:50 PM I just purchased Silhouette DE yesterday. I could not wait any longer for it be half price again at the silhouette store lol! That means it probably will in the next day or two I did get the deal Heidi mentioned so I am happy.

Posted: 10/17/2012 5:37:44 PM I bought a deal of the day from Plum District that I was able to use for the software. I paid full price at the Silhouette store, but I only paid 25.00 to Plum District for the 50.00 store card.
