If I remember correctly, a lot of people have had problems with orders from Papertrey Ink. How long does it typically take to get an order from them? |

I am in Canada and it usually takes a month for me to get my order. It usually takes them a week to get it into the mail. |

I order from them often. Probably to often. I've never had a problem. I get my orders in less than a week. I have an order that I'm waiting on now I can come back when I get it and let you know. But keep in mind the was a holiday. I always have enough for free shipping so mines comes USPS. But you can have it delivered ups. I usual get my orders in about a week though. |

I used to order a lot but haven't in over a year because of the negative talk. I really need to order more cardstock but am leary. Good to hear the above poster gets hers quickly! |

I have always gotten my order within a week. But I never order on new release day. I think that makes the difference. |

I've placed many orders, and have always received them in a timely manner, within a week I guess. Fortunately, I've never had a problem with damaged product, so I haven't had to deal with their CS, which is where I've read lots of negative stuff about.
I really do love their products. |

I'm in state, so I get mine within a week. I've never had any trouble with PTI. They have a great product and if they are still running a part-time 3-woman team, it is impressive. I think most of the issues (at least what I've read) come up when you try to make changes to an order after it is placed. I just go in thinking that once I click to submit the order, it's a done deal.
They are still my first choice for copic paper (their Stampers Select White) and everything I've ever ordered has been top notch. |

You know I have been ordering from them for ~2 years and have never had a problem. I am in Calif they are in Ohio (if I remember correctly) and it takes about 1 week. They ship USPS Priority so that is 2-3 days there and figure 1-2 days to fill the order, I couldn't expect anything more than that. |

I too have been happy with their service. Like the other Pea said "I just try not to order on the new release day." Products are good quality and have always received my stuff promptly. | |

The only time it took more than 7-8 days to get my order was when a train derailed with my package on it (not PTI's fault, obviously). I still got my package.
I had to deal with PTI customer service last month because they left a stamp set out of my order. It was ticked off on the packing slip, but not included in my package. I sent an email, received a prompt and apologetic reply, and my missing set arrived four or five days later. I was pleased with the CS response. | |
