I know someone somewhere has done this and I can't find it.
My son's 5th birthday is coming up soon. I want to add a "favorite things" to his scrapbooks. Basically I want to ask the same questions to see how he answers every year.
So, does anyone have a list like this they are using? I hate to reinvent the wheel.
Some favorites I've thought of are basic like:

I've seen it on pinterest several times. Try googling and I bet you'll find some. I'm on my phone or I'd do it for you.

I did one of these layouts when my son was 14. Some of my questions included: favorite color, animals, wild animals, food, drinks, cereal, ice cream flavors, books, music, movies, tv shows, games, sports, what do you want to be when you grow up? and goals in life (might be too much for a 5 year old, but maybe not).

you can also add friends, teachers, have him write his name.
