I know we've all said it before but I'm hoping she's still reading threads and sees how much we miss her presence. I miss her upbeat advice and of course all the new products. She's the reason I got into Echo Park.

I miss her, too. 2Peas isn't the same without her. I sent her a Peamail awhile back and it doesn't even show in my sent Peamails.
I hope and pray she will someday return to the boards. It is too quiet here without her and not nearly the same on Calorie Croppers. | |

Yes, the board is made up of a group of people, not just one, but an individual can add so much. When one person leaves, what they would have contributed is lost, and that is always a sad thing. Unfortunately, I have seen rude individuals drive away talented people many times. When that happens, we all lose.
Some people contribute a great deal, so when they go, it tends to be noticed.
I don't know whether it was someone's unkind words, the changes in the message board, or computer problems that have kept her away, or if it was a combination, but I hope she comes back. | |

This makes me so sad. I understand that being a part of this community should be a no stress activity. I did not ever see the thread that drove Janet away...given all the support she has here, I hope she finds her way back...
I thought of her yesterday when I was trying to shop here...I find the new site difficult to navigate. There is too much white space and the store items sort of disappear into the background and I don't like that the manufacturer doesn't appear unless you hover over the item. Just constructive criticism... | |

Mmmm...WAS she "driven away"? That would seem to be *extreme* reaction. I find it hard to believe that.

Ladies, Janet emailed me. She is fine, she had issues related to the storm and computer issues. With all of that she is committing herself to other endevors at the moment.

Geez...i'm on a thread titled "I Miss CherryPicker" and I express that I miss her and that I'm sorry that something "drove" her away. I don't usually get upset about these things, but I did decide for myself after reading several different threads on the matter including some comments from Janet herself. I don't pretend to know why she left or if she is gone for good. I doubt it was solely based on a thread here, but I do believe that was part of it. I very much enjoyed her posts, shopping tips and positive energy. | |

She posted about hating the white background and how hard it was on the eyes. I'm right there with her. It does irritate my eyes. Perhaps she got tired of only being able to stand the background for short durations and just gave up. | |
