I ordered the SC DD kit and am trying to figure out if I want to use the included album for my DD or for a different purpose (my oldest is in the Nutcracker and I am thinking about using the 4*6 album for that). Part of my concern is the size -- I thought I would like the small size, but, as I am planning pages, I am now not so sure.
I don't want to do a huge album. A 6*8 size sounds about right. I have a SNAP album, but do not know if I want to use it for this. Any favorite 6*8 albums to recommend? | |

WRMK makes a 5.5 x 8 album, which J's online sells. This is what I'm using for my DD. Only bad thing is that it comes with 10 page protectors, but if you want more than that you may have a hard time finding them in that particular size. | |

I haven't seen any of the new options like the Snap or SC Handbook - I'm sure they are perfect. But I don't like unfinished album covers. So I use a stamp binder sold by HL. It's 3 d-rings, 2 1/2" deep. They look like WRMK leather with the little metal frame on the spine.
I'm very excited that all these new lines bring page protectors for this size album, though. Lots of new choices!
Did Farmhouse come out with a 6x8 album? Seems like someone else did, but I can't remember. |

I got the Simple Stories Snap binder with the red spine and so far I love it.

My snap binder arrived today too, and I am really happy with the album! Great size and super cute chipboard pages and pocket pages. I'm already thinking now of using another one for a vacation album!
