Maybe Scrappy Tape or Scor-Tape. Scor-Tape was recommended in a December Daily video I watched. I'm using Scrappy Tape instead -- cheaper!

Seriously - glue stick.

One of the best tips I got was you spread glue stick all over, attach your paper, then sit on it. He should read that right. The heat helps with fusing it together. I've never had an issue with pages falling apart with this method

Scor-tape for sure. I've made quite a few chipboard albums and it's never failed. Ripped paper/chipboard yes, let go, no!

Ranger/Claudine Helmuth Matte medium. This is a wet adhesive. just another alternative as sometimes the corners can lift with a dry adhesive. If i was using dry, I'd use scor-tape, or red-tape (not sure what it's called).

Beacon's 3-in-1 glue. I use this for everything!! It will hold down buttons, gemstones that don't have adhesive, Prima's great! I use it on all my minis and have never had a problem with my pages falling apart. You can get it at Hobby's in the glue section by the wood.
