not sure if M (which is 2 blocks from my house) sells deco art

using if for a winter theme atc swap have you done one? have you done a project with snow on your pages, post link or pix here

You should be able to find the snow writer at Michaels in the holiday craft decorating section.

Do you have flock? Or flower soft? Or some people have made faux flower soft by grating hard styrofoam.

I use Distress Stickles as it dries white and poofy, but doesn't make a mess or anything I could breath in.

You can mix glitter into white acrylic paint & then dab it on for snow with your paint brush.

It's totally old school, but back in the day, I used heat embossing with Utee and white embossing powder.

I liked the effect.
