As it says cartridge on the box, and therefore must be for one of those "die cut machines".
The woman at the register checking me out kept insisting that it was a cartridge and therefore not eligible. I said fine and went to mikes where they took it without issue.

I was so angry I just didn't care by the time she offered to get the manager. She would not listen when I kept saying its adhesive not for a die cut machine.

I always gets me at how little some of the employees know about the products they sell.

I would have insisted she scan the coupon and see if it took. If the product didn't qualify, it wouldn't have given the discount.
I went in yesterday morning to pick up a Fiskar cutter. Normally $40 but 60% and since I went in first thing I could use the 25% coupon on top of that. When I handed her the coupon she started to say she thought the cutter was a doorbuster so the coupon wouldn't work, but she scanned it and it took, so she said she must have been wrong!
I was pretty exited. Got the cutter for less than $13!

I had the same issue this afternoon but the cashier was smart enough to know it was adhesive and not a "cartridge". She called the manager over and it took awhile but they figured out a way to make it work (I had 2 different coupons and neither of them would deduct).
Now if only the people that program the system would get smart....

I just stopped going to my closest one. Their costumer services sucks and it's like 5% scrapbook stuff. I couldn't even find Scrapbook Trends in their tiny magazine rak. I was not going to waste my time this weekend there.
