I'm getting sketch pens in my stocking. I have a few of the freebie sketch files, but that's it. However, I feel like I read somewhere that one could use any regular cut file as a sketch and vice versa. Is that right? I think I've read on here that some peas used the sketch pens to do their journaling, too--has anyone ever done either of these?

Amy Chromas does a lot with sketch pens on her site. She also journals with it. Try googling her.

I've done some of the city skylines and some banners and stars using the sketch pens instead of cutting it. Just change the setting from blade to pen.

I also have the chomas pen holder so I can use markers and other pens.

I just ordered the Chromas marker holder recently. I'm hoping to find some single-line fonts to journal with.

Nope, I just bought the Sil sketch pens, not planning on buying the Chromas stuff right now. But I'll check out her blog to see if it answers my questions. Thx guys!
