I ordered mine the first day they were available, but still haven't received it.  I'm just wondering if I'm the only one, and should maybe email them, or if there are a lot of others who haven't and I just have to wait? Btw, to those of you who already received your kits, I'm soooo jealous. Lol |

We've been informed of some very delayed shipments, particularly to the west coast, in the past week. Perhaps due to the holidays, we're not sure, but several customers have reported not getting their mini-book kits until today and we've tracked a few that will be delivered tomorrow. That's uncharacteristically slow for FedEx and we've contacted them to see what the problem is.
In the meantime, if you live in the U.S. and have not received your mini-book kit or your Week 1 Santa Sack yet, please email your name and physical address to me at jon.f@octoberafternoon.com. Also, the name the purchase was made under would be helpful.
Once I have that, I'll try to track down your package and get it to you ASAP.

OA customer service is the best! They emailed me back and got everything straightened out. Hopefully I'll have my kit by the end of the week.  |

I ordered the kit the first few minutes of them going on sale and still, no package!!! I'll send an email. So frustrating!! |

I should hopefully have my kit by the end of the week. There was a problem with my address, and FedEx was just holding my package - they never notified OA or me. Jon at OA contacted them, corrected the problem and promised me they would send the package on its way. Jon is the best and OA's customer service is among the best I've had. If you haven't received your kit yet, I would highly suggest you email them. |

I got my kit today and I love everything in it! I know know what everyone was so excited about. I'm even tempted to buy one of those Santa sacks. Lol |
