First off I just want to say thank you so much for all of your replys. You guys really touched my heart and it really means so much to me. We won't know the results for awhile, but the procedure went well and my mom wasn't in any pain. I will let you know when I know the results. Thanks again so much. (((hugs to all of you)))
My mom has just recovered from breast cancer, they removed a big tumor, did all the chemo, radiation etc. now some spots are showing up on her spine. The Dr. is going to do a biopsy tomorrow, and the Dr. said more then likely it is cancer, but her hormone therapy that she is doing will keep it from growing. The Dr. said the spots are tiny and she isn't that concerned about them, that her treatment (pills) will help them. I just am praying that maybe it possibly isn't cancer because she does have osteoporosis and maybe it's something else. I am just sad and had a very hard night and I'm just tired of all of this. I feel like we went through so much already and we all needed her to just be in remission, and now this. I'm also worried about the procedure tomorrow. They will put her in a twilight, it is about a 6 hour procedure. Please pray that everything will go good and it won't be painful and maybe just maybe it won't be cancer. Thanks ladies. | |

First of all hugs and prayers. I can't imagine what you are going thru. But a reminder to you that no matter what we experience in life, there is no magic number to how many beautiful days or minutes we get on this earth. Make the most of every minute and realize that all your stress, heartache and worry will not help your mom get any better, any faster. There is nothing that will promote her healing more than having hope and that IS something you can give her. I hope my words will inspire you and encourage you to shrug off the feeling of despair that you are experiencing right now. And know that you have many online pals that will pray for you and lift you up and you will feel it. **PROMISE**
I have been through some hard times and heartache and when it was over, the prayers that I knew came from others was of most comfort. |
