Expression 2 Cutting Problem HELP

I have had a Expression 2 for 1 year and it's been working great.
I just volunteered to make shower favors for next week. My machine keeps cutting the center of the image over and over. The only way it will stop is for me to hit stop. I tried with the cartridge and with my Gypsy. Please help if anyone has an idea it will help. Luckily, I have my original Cricut Create that I can drag out and get started.
