Christmas scrapping has officially taken over! Anyone else have piles of holiday scrap supplies on your desk? (emphasis on the piles

) What holiday scrap projects are you working on?

I'm in the middle of a layout, a tag and gathering stuff for a December mini! Love this time of year.

My desk is actually clean but only because I "lost" my scissors in the mess that had been on it! I do plan on making it messy again today. DS is gone all day and DH will be gone for about half of the day. Can you say heaven?

Yes my desk is officially messy and I have decided to leave it that way for the whole month.

By January I hope to have the MOTHER of all December albums, the TRIFECTA of sparkly holiday goodness documented for all to see.

My album is December Daily + Shimelle's Journal Your Christmas + 25 Days with Maggie Holmes!!!!

So excited!!!! All the glitter starts TODAY!!!

And I finally got my Ikea Raskog cart last night, so that is next to my desk full of all my holiday bits!!!!

I am a project lifer. That's why I am taking so many pictures.....

Mine is full of Christmas tags for the banner I am making and this a.m. I ran up & made a little bag for a gift card for our first Christmas on my DH's side.
I am also thinking of items to make for my bare tree branches, I hang glittered snowflakes from it and am thinking I need to add some color

I may work on my DD from last year which I didn't complete because of my Mom's death. I love documenting Christmas

I'm working on some Christmas (Winter-y) Thank You note cards, and a fun new project.

We have a tradition of giving our kids ornaments every yr when we put up our tree. This year, dh and I decided to make them some by stamping on distressed wood and creating vintage "signs".

We are using this old stamp set by Cornish Heritage Farms called Winter Vintage Signage. They are looking pretty rustic and cute. It's fun to have hubby involved a little in the crafting too.

Oh, ladies. We are all cut form the same cloth

My desk is a mess, always a mess and will remain a mess...it just happens to be covered in sparkly Christmas bits this time of year! love it.

Although I am changing my scrap space from one room to another in the next 3-4 weeks so...might have to clean up then

And Noel was talking about how she likes to scrap according to the seasons we are at. (About christmas in christmas time)
I decide to try it since I was feeling another scrapper block coming in I decided to try it and....woooow!
It worked!
So yes! My desk is full of All the OA christmas themed and everything I own about christmas. And I'm having so much fun!!!

Posted: 12/1/2012 7:10:54 PM Nope. I have a camo and camo colored mess--just finished my Armed Forces Day open house 4 page layout; technically 6 pages, but the 2 that fold out make a 2 pager. So it's really a 4 pager and a 2 pager. 12 x 24 page protectors BUT! The work bench is covered with glitter. Lovely sparkly glitter. Everywhere.

I have JYC goodies taking up all the room along with a ranger craft mat covered in 48 snowflakes hanging out to let the stickles dry. I have found old chipboard pieces (trees and snowflakes) and I have cut christmas trees (48) with my new Cameo. I finally broke down and bought washi tape (not including the 2 rolls I have had for a while) in Christmas colors from Theresa Collins Christmas Cottage collection. I think I ate some glitter with my sandwich earlier. Oh well tis the season!

I'm an old pea with a forgetful memory (can't remember old login info)....please cut me some slack LOL!!!

Sunshinestate- yes I got the turquoise one. I have coveting it for months, but we only have one Ikea.

I am including a photo in my DD because it was kind of a "to me, from me" Xmas present.

In respect of the kids, they've got their own piles on the other end of my worktable. The biggest plans this month are to make some ornaments and work on my DD. Maybe a layout or two, but mostly playing catch up with PL as well, to start off 2013 on the right foot!
