Thank you for all the positive comments about my son and his girlfriend. Yes, I am very proud of him, for so many reasons. He is a great kid! (Although I guess I won't be able to call him a "kid" much longer!) His date is his girlfriend of two and half years. She is a very classy girl, and also very sweet. She treats my ds16 and my dd12 and dd7 just like her own brother and sisters. And I've seen how some other girls act, so I'm very grateful for that. I love them both! |

I love the way they are dressed - - both of them in very classic and sophisticated looks. Such a refreshing change from what many young people wear. I especially love her shoes!

Rhonda, yes, he is my avatar picture. He was recruited to play at safety in college (division 3, private school), but he ended up with his third concussion during the season, so the neurologist and team doctor won't let him play anymore except to be a kicker/punter. We are all disappointed (especially him), because he has been playing football since he is seven, but it is absolutely the right decision for him. Even with his injury, he has a 3.8, with only 2 finals left to take. The neurologist told him that he is impressed with him, because most of the kids who have concussions like he had end up dropping out of school. So, yes, I am proud of him!
