We have a progressive dinner to go this weekend and I am taking an appetizer. I am taking this one (doubling it) and I have fresh rosemary at home. I can pick up the thyme but I would love to sub fresh rosemary if it could work. Do you think it would be good? TIA

I would say no - and I'm a fan of rosemary. But brie has a very subtle flavor and the rosemary would overpower it too much, I think.
