I stopped by hoping there would be a rolling tote left. Found a tote, rolled it to the cashier. Wrong price. I told her it was the daily deal. She got on her walky talky and found out I had the wrong one. I turn around to go find the right one and here is an Ms employee bringing me the right one! Holy cow. What a shock. That was so nice. The cashier scanned an extra 20% coupon with out me even asking about it and it was only like 2:00. I got that little rolling tote for $18!

I also got red velvet paper, red striped foil paper, pink glitter paper, purple glitter paper, and some other specialty paper for 80 cents each along with a bunch of bling at 80 cents each. Awesome. Just awesome.

Apparently my Ms wants to be great. Is there a contest or something?

That's what fustrates me about ms. I usually get these employees who are helpful and do things that I don't expect (like scan a coupon that they provide that clearly state a time that is not now). So when I get a cashier who make a big fuss about me wanting to use a ms coupon and a Js coupon yes I get mad even thought the coupon clearly states only one can be used per day.
I also feel bad for the employees because I've worked retail and I know how fustrating it can be when you are just doing your job. I think Ms needs to decide do they want to be right or do they want to have good customer service. Right now they are not doing either.

Their customer service is a hit or miss. It is nice hearing the good stories though.

It's not Ms...it's the employee. And that goes with anything and everything. I had lousy employees at other stores and lousy waiters...and then I had great ones. I have high expectation since I worked at Disney for many, many years.

I've learned that each M's is different. The one by my house is one coupon per day. across town they will take two. Depends on the store. I don;t frequent them all that often they showed there tales with me one time to many. I have to really be searching for something and they are the only ones to have it between HL, J's, ans A's. Other than that I look the other way. Sad

My M's has some really great employees and then I get the dud. He doesn't talk, smile, say boo. Nothing. He probably wouldn't speak at all if he didn't have to tell you the total. Yet he will sit and gab with the other cashiers. Ill actually leave and go back later if he's working.

Mine is hit or miss, but they are pretty much sticklers on the coupons. You can't use them early, you can't use one if you forgot yours, you can only use one per day, no stacking.

I just wish they would stop rearranging every thing every.single.week!

I'm glad you had such a great experience! I had an M's employee bring me a cart the other day to haul my sons car seat around in-so sweet! Too bad those dang car seats don't fit in their dang tiny carts!
