Help!

I was about to start switching a few of my Mrs. Grossman's albums over to WRMK 3 Ring binders. The problem is, the MG albums only have 2 holes!

I probably have over 300 page protectors that either need to have a 3rd hole punched OR switch all pages in the protectors to the 3 hole WRMK protectors. This will take FOREVER and I don't have enough WRMK protectors, just what came with the album.

How would you approach this??? Anyone wanna come help me? LOL

Is there a good reason why you don't just leave those albums intact and start fresh with a WRMK one?

Yes, I don't like them anymore and want all of my albums to match. The MG are not very sturdy.

UGH! punching an extra hole sounds easier (provided the other two line up)and will keep from any damage that would come from taking pages in and out.

UGH I would have to go buy a new hole punch because the 2 I have aren't big enough.

Could their be something in your tools like and awl or something not actually a scrappy tool but that also makes holes?
Otherwise, you might want to get something like a crop-o-dile that will punch through the plastic easily. Doing so many pages it might be more cost effective to buy a new tool rather than the new page protectors.
Good luck!

Oh yeah! I DO have a crop-o-dile. I wonder if the biggest punch on there (I think there are only 2?) is bigger than the individual one I have.

Did the crop-o-dile work?

I haven't tried it yet. Will try shortly.

It's working. I'm having to expand the 2 existing holes and add the one in the middle. The holes don't look great, but they can't really be seen, so it's okay. This will save me TONS of money, even if it does take some time. With the Crop-o-Dile, I can do a few protectors at a time. YAY! Thanks for the reminder.

I know you already did it but I have punched holes with scissors and slid them over the rings. I have also used my old eyelet punch - precursor to the cropadile
