Is anyone else having this problem? I just looked at my last order. Seems like it took a week to pulled from the warehouse and then a little over a week to be shipped to me (domestic). This is getting a little crazy.

Yes. Shipping fulfillment is taking longer because of all the orders placed because of all the sales and orders coming in. I'm so excited to get my next package.

I've experienced the same thing. I order a LOT of things online from a wide variety of stores and rarely do my items take more than one week from the minute I order it to the day it lands on my doorstep. I'm not willing to pay the extra $$ for quicker shipping either.

Remember, it was black Friday sales in there. It's always crazy before, during, and after a huge sale.

in retail we plan for the large sales and promos and holidays by hiring more support staff.

Why wouldn't the same be done at 2ps? Holidays are the same time each year and the company sets their promos, so they can plan for both.

2 weeks is crazy!

I have to agree 2 weeks is crazy I decided to change the style of my dd and ordered a few more things now it won't ship until the 10th! so I have to wait another week to receive it and to even start my dd which will be about a week or so before Xmas! My fault for ordering so last min. I know but I also didn't expect it to take 2weeks or over a week just to be pulled! I understand the holiday madness & shipping delays but 1 week to pull an order is a little extreme! Maybe 2peas needs to hire some of Santa's elves so us inpatient peas can have our items quicker

Yep, I started to place an order last week, but the ship date showed it would ship 11 days after ordering, and then it always takes 4-5 days if I choose priority, or up 12 if I choose parcel post. I skipped it, December would be over before I could use the stuff in my DD!

I was a little disappointed at how long it took. I ordered on the 22nd and I will get it today. I got all my other Black Friday orders early last week--even the things I ordered on Sunday. Even the stuff from my Vitamin company that I always feel takes too long to ship. Peas are very slow at fulfillment.

in any case, I will be glad to get all my fun goodies today--yippee!

I just about wrote to Two Peas last night and I think I will tomorrow.

The wait time is getting ridiculous.

I spend a lot of money on scrapbook lines. It is embarrassing to add up how much I've spent at Two Peas. But I tell you, that is about to stop if things don't change.

You can't tell me that in this day and age two weeks is a reasonable time. It can be done sooner and should. There are too many sites to shop from and every one of them ships sooner than Two Peas does.

Why do I use Two Peas for the majority of my purchases? I love the message boards and feel a bit of customer loyalty because of that. I love the videos, especially Glitter Girl. I like how often the store gets new product and the website is easy to navigate. The prices are reasonable. There are a lot of good reasons to shop here.

But the turn around time is ridiculous.

I agree with this. Two Peas is a business. They can give a lot of excuses but that isn't about to get me my product faster when there are competing businesses that can.

Honestly, if it weren't for Glitter Girl and the message boards I'd go to another site and not look back.

Not to be rude but when my last 2 orders from ACOT shipped the same day I ordered them and I received them the next day. The shipping time is just lucky for me since we are both in MI but the processing time is WAY faster. I love 2peas but I just don't see why it takes so long to pull orders.

How do you know when an order is shipped and when to expect delivery??

I ordered on the 25th and it said my order was scheduled to be pulled on the 4th and later it said it would be pulled on the 3rd. On the 3rd it indicated the order was being pulled and now it says "Order Complete." I ordered all physical products nothing was downloadable.

Does that mean the order has been shipped? Does that mean it should arrive in 4 or 5 days. Other sites send a message the order has been shipped and provide a tracking number. should I be worried?!?!?!

Thanks, Christy

Christy, no don't worry. A completed order means its done and I think, shipped. Depending on which post you paid for will determine how long it will take, but usually its no more than 5 days for the slowest (within the US). It is only busy/longer right now due to all the holidays and sales.

Yes, we are experiencing a very high volume of orders and are doing our best to ship them out as quickly as possible! It is our goal to ship them before the estimated date; we know you are eager to receive your goodies.

We actually do bring more hands on deck when we receive a high volume of orders like this. Many of our office staff members are knowledgable in how to work in the warehouse and do help fill orders when we can.

My shipping times have been pretty consistent from 2peas...a week if there is a sale...under a week if no special promotions are going on. I don't use the free shipping though...they use UPS surepost and that takes longer, so I pay a little extra for priority mail.

Does anyone know what this shipped to Post Office business is? I have a UPS tracking but now it's been stuck in Anaheim for 2 days at the post office! I feel like my supplies are taking a vacation at Disneyland! I thought I'd get my stuff 2 days ago--hopefully tomorrow.

Does anyone know what this shipped to Post Office business is?

When something is shipped UPS SurePost, UPS delivers the package to your local post office to handle delivery to your home. I personally avoid this method of shipment if I can, even if it's cheaper. Every single time I've used it, the tracking shows my package sitting at the post office for 2 or 3 days. It usually saves a few bucks over other options, but I'm just too darn impatient for that!

Thanks Nikki for the info. I am going to avoid it too from now on because my package has been sitting at the PO for three days! And I paid for my shipping; it wasn't free.
