You know what, I totally get what you're saying about the order of shipping, so let me see if I can find out for you.
My guess (and this really is a guess because I'm kind of removed from the shipping side of things) is that the orders might not come to us "in order"...but I've emailed our customer service department to ask them and I'll let you know as soon as I hear!

I got mine today and it was worth the wait!
I went home at lunch and got to see all of it and can't wait to get off work and droll over all of the goodies when i have more time!

Mine finally shipped yesterday and I paid the extra for priority mail so I hope it moves faster then the other ones seem to be going.

Ok, now I'm upset. FB post said they would all be shipped by today. My account still says confirmed. Poor business practice. I have never had this much trouble. I have waited patiently, now next week I am making a phone call. To top it off it won't be Monday because my DD is having surgery. So unless some magic elf is going to hop on over there and change my status or send me a "bonus" shipment because I have been patient, I may just have to stop purchasing WP products from the website. |

Old west---the funny thing is that am clear across the country. I think the "secret" is that they sent mine thru USPS instead of the FedEx I paid for. USPS must be running faster these days. |

I wanted to let you guys know that we are absolutely taking your concerns and complaints to heart and making lots of notes on how we can improve the shipping speed in the future. I realize this doesn't help you now, but we am confident this won't be an issue the next time we do a warehouse sale. We completely understand your frustration, and we apologize for the delay.
If you are still "confirmed" please email me directly cwalsh@websterspages.com and let me look into it for you. I will do whatever I can for you!
Also, we only ship USPS if you choose that method. The methods are selected by the customer. I know the actual shipping has been slower than expected as well, which is tricky because that isn't something in our control. Please, please email me and if I can help, I absolutely will!

I received mine today. I love the contents. So glad I got it before Christmas. Thanks Courtney for listening and dealing with all of us. My favorites are the fabric ribbons and labels. I have never owned any or seen any in person. Also love the jeweled border strips.

we only ship USPS if you choose that method
not true. i chose FEDEX Smart Post and mine was delivered USPS and had a USPS label. i got both my boxes pretty fast from shipped status to delivered. |

Mine was Fed Ex Smart Post - delivered by the USPS. I think that is what Smart Post is, a cooperation between Fed Ex and the post office, right? But I could be wrong.
To the MN pea above who is still waiting. I'm in SD and mine shipped out on the 10th and arrived on 18th. Yours should be coming soon too I would think. |

I'm one happy pea!! My box arrived today! Waahooo! Santa's elves (Webster's Pages and USPS) managed to get it here at super sonic speed!  I'm thoroughly impressed! Thanks for your help, Courtney! 
Since it's a gift from DH, I won't open the box until Christmas. I can't wait to see what's inside!

I still have not received my box, even though it says that it was shipped. When I call customer service all I get is a recording asking me to leave my name and phone number. I got charged $ 33.19 back in December 12. i live in Florida and Webster Pages is in North Carolina. I wonder if they sent it by Pony Express. I never even got an email telling that the order shipped. I tried their Contact Us pages, but haven't heard back from them there either.

I ordered on November 26 and finally received my box on December 26. I think next time I order I'm going to pay to have it shipped a different way. Box was worth the wait just wish I would have had it to open on Christmas Day. |
