I "follow" him the same way I "follow" Dr. Esselstyn, Dr. Barnard, Dr. McDougall, and Rip Esselstyn. (Except Dr. Fuhrman pushes more of a vegetarian diet and not so much vegan, but the message of non-processed foods is the same.) I've read Eat to Live and Disease-Proof Your Child and they're both full of good info.

I am definitely believe in their philosophies on food. Also Michael Pollan. I try to eat that way but it's hard. I need to get 100% committed and that's my plan for the new year.
There are lots of good blogs out there. This site is good
