I posted on Dec 1st on instagram a pic of that day's layout from my #instadec mini and even said that would be the only time I was caught up. Ha! But I am planning some december mini catching up this weekend. My selphy printer is loaded and ready to go, my desk is a mess with all things glittery and Christmasy, and the hot chocolate is in the cup. 
Anyone going to join me on catching up this weekend? I'll make a cup of peppermint cocoa for you  |

I am not even thinking of catching up. I am hoping to start my JYC book this weekend. I'll be drinking my coffee and bailey's as I read my prompts and try to figure out what to do for my JYC book. | |

Me! I picked up pics for my first few DD days at Costco this morning. I'm planning to cut out the daily numbers with my Cameo, so I'll work on that after ds is in bed. |

I feel right on track for JYC, I have 2 double page layouts done and my manifesto, ending page and cover done. I have about 3 layouts I want to get done this weekend and if the prompts peak a need maybe another one. This journal is going to be ongoing for a few years so no need to panic and rush! This has been very enjoyable and I love the process! Oh, and beamed, pour me a bit of the Baileys will you please? |

I just came up from my scrap cave. I was able to get caught up on my PL album and made the cover for my DD album. Not sure if I'll get back down there the rest of the weekend or not. It felt good to be scrapping again. | |

@luvs2lilboyz--"Christmas cleaning and re-organizing" UGH! We did that ALL last weekend. Of course it was for a good cause (scrap room redo), but still not fun :/ Here's hoping you get a scrapping break!

I'm going to try, everything but the pictures. Santa is bringing me an Epson printer so I'm holding out for that to completely finish.
Please pray that my son lets me work on it. Or my husband, by some miracle, can come home early on Sunday for me to work. |

Definitely catching up this weekend! I will have my peppermint cocoa ready to join you.
I was away on a business trip most of the week so I really need to catch up. I am doing more of an Art Journal type Dec Daily with Reverb prompts. I did a traditional Dec Daily last year that I actually finished. But this year we are empty nesters so I am doing something different- more reflective and Art Journaling instead of photos. Next week I am taking my dd on a cruise for her 21st, birthday, so that will be its own event, and then when all 3 dd and I are back home with dh I will just do pics for Christmastime layouts. |

I went back to my long-neglected PL album when I was home with a sick kiddo for a day and a half this week. I was only on week 11 and had pretty much given up, but all year I've been taking notes and taking pictures so I decided to go for it and see how far I could take it.
I am almost caught up!!! The pages aren't going to be as detailed or artsy as they were when I began, but at least some of the stories and events will be preserved. Taking notes in my weekly planner saved me - there were so many things I'd already forgotten. I have to say, I'm pretty excited to be almost current...
