I'd like to know, too. I have been thinking about Studio Calico. I'd love to know everyone's favorites. Are they worth the money?

I'm a subber at Cocoa Daisy and I love it! I really like their stamp sub - I really feel like I get my money's worth, and their stamps since September (when I started) have been completely on the ball!
You'll find very strong opinions here about Studio Calico - in both directions. I'm not a fan. I don't like paying their premium for exclusives (about which there is a lot of controversy), and I can't even tell their last five or six kits apart! But, some people swear by them, and that's enough for me to believe that they're doing something good for the folks who want it.
Citrus Twist is new to the kit scene, but their kits have been to die for. They're an incredible deal for your money, especially their Project Life kit (which at this point has a waiting list for February, but they're upping stock as quickly as they can!).

I subscribed to Studio Calico for years and was very happy. I recently stopped because I haven't scrapped much and the kits piled up.
But, if I were you I would hold off until the beginning of January to see what the surprise may be: 2Peas kit thread.

Jenni Bowlin Studio Mercantile kits are really nice! There are four each month. A papercrafting kit, a project (usually mini album) kit, an antiquarian add-on, and an artisan add-on. The papercrafting and artisan add-ons usually contain some very cool vintage items. The antiquarian kit is FULL of nothing but vintage items!!
JBS Mercantile kits
And, I'm kinda excited about Cocoa Daisy kits...

I subscribe to Gossamer Blue and Studio Calico. Gossamer Blue is by far my favorite and well worth the money!
I'm still on the fence about Studio Calico, I need to give that one a few more months before deciding.

I just got my first Noel Mignon kit and it is PACKED - since it's (hopefully) going to be my only scrappy spending for the first half of the year, I wanted one that had more than four sheets of paper and a few embellishments (costs more, but worth it!). This one has *20* sheets of patterned paper, 5 cardstock, and just oodles of embellishments. Her subscription spots are closed but you can buy them individually at $65:

Having never done a subscription, this month (December) I bought one from Citrus Twist and one from Studio Calico.
Based on that experience and what I received, today I ordered a 3 month sub to Citrus Twist for their scrapbook kit and for their PL kit.
The kit they sent in December was SPECTACULAR and I have no doubt that the PL kits will be the same.
Their customer service was stellar and the kindness was refreshing.
I am excited to see what I get these next 3 months.

I subscribe to Studio Calico and just started Noel Mignon. I am probably going to let my SC subscription go and just go with Noel Mignon for now. It is a big packet of stuff, and I don't have to monkey around with add-ons, plus the SC kits have been getting thinner, and they are doing all sorts of "be on the interwebs 24-7 so that you can get discounts" type promotions, which are annoying.

I have been subbing to SG for about 6 months now and love it. I just got my very first Noel Mignon kit and it was packed full of goodies! I know it is a little pricey but it really was worth it in my opinion. And I love using kits since everything comes already matched up and ready to go. I have been debating on joining one more either Studio Calico, Gossamer Blue, Cocoa Daisy or Citrus Twist.

I have subscribed to SC, Cocoa Daisy (stamp and kit), Gossamer Blue and Citrus twist. The only one I wasn't really excited by was the SC. I subscribed for 6 months and didn't renew. I liked Cocoa Daisy, but have only kept the stamp subscription as I wanted to try GB and CT. I love both of GB and CT. I've had more dealings with Trina at CT, and the customer service has been fabulous. I did the December Daily Boot Camp from GB and really enjoyed it, probably one of my favourite online courses.

I have been a subber at SC for a couple years now and do love thier kits and rewards member perks.
That said i am LOVING what Citrus Twist is putting out and am very tempted to join there
Also want to add i used to get Noel Mignon kits and while they are more expensive they are jam PACKED for their money, the only reason i stopped getting them is mists/inks/masks etc are included and while that is awesome for some people i tend to buy all that myself so was left with doubles of a lot of tools if you like
There are a lot of awesome kit clubs out there i think at the moment and you will love what ever you decide

I like CD for the stamp kit. It is a great option.
They both have great customer service and great/current/trendy kits.

I think it's best to first look into a few kits, looking at their past kits, then decide which one to join based on the one that fits your style the best.
I've been subbing to Scraptastic Club for the past six months or so, and I can't say enough good things about it. There is no commitment, so you can skip whenever you want, but if you order continuously, Jessica sends you a little something extra (e.g. Mister Huey, paints, etc.). Also, each month there are two different kits to choose from, and who doesn't love options? they are also a good value for the price.
January will be my first month receiving the Citrus Twist kit. I've heard so many good things about them here, so I finally looked into it, and I love all their past kits. I'm so excited to see all their wonderfulness in person.
Whichever kit you choose, just be sure it fits your style, and that you are likely to use the product. I love receiving kits because everything has already been coordinated for me - all the hard work is done, so I feel I get more pages completed this way. Hopefully I have been of some assistance.

I've recently joined SC also. I did look @ other kits, but judging from past kits, most were too bright for my liking. I will say that you should also look @ the galleries of the kit clubs to see if they inspire you. I have to say that the layouts from design team @ SC do NOT inspire me. Don't get me wrong, their layouts are beautiful, just not my style. I have 4 children and a spontaneous DH, who likes to take us on random road trips, so scrapping 1 or 2 pictures doesn't work for me. All the inspiration comes from 2peas - Nancy, Jen G. & Shimelle are my favorites

Update when you decide, I am curious as well.

I love SFTIO www.scrapbookingfromtheinsideout.com because you get a variety of embellies and papers each month! You won't get an entire pack of embellies that you would normally just use a few... and because of that, you get more for your money and there are no "pay extra for add-ons...). If you like to scrapbook about "you", this kit club would be a perfect fit!

Ditto to the varied opinions you will find here regarding Studio Calico. I've never had a problem with their customer service. I have had a few small issues that have been resolved quickly and easily. They do have add-ons but to purchase them is something which I find a bit strange. I tried to purchase one I had wanted, they sold out in mere minutes and that is just not my cup of tea, waiting for something I may not even be able to have. Other times I was able to get one no problem.
I've been a member for about a year and like the kits. I am not buying them for any "exclusives". I'd gone through a long lull and had not scrapbooked much at all.
In my city, we lost our LSS a few years ago and only have what is available at Michael's, JoAnn's or Walmart.
Once I got back into it, I bought the kits mainly to get some fresh product to mix in with my stash. I used to have a much larger scrapbooking budget, but now with 4 kids it just isn't practical to spend what I did. I do occasionally shop online, but find that the kits are just a treat each month. If I were to go online once a month I may not be able to easily keep the amount as low as what the kits cost!

Citrus Twist has ony be doing PL kits for about 3 months. I have love them all. Lots of goodies. I tried one month to use up the whole kit and although I use alot there was still alot left over.
trina is the best!
I am in to others SC and CD. Honestly when you have been spoiled by CT the other 2 just do not meet up...I am committed to do my 6 months, but will be most likely dropping the other 2 and keeping up with citrus Twist!

Another scrapbook generation gal here. I have subbed to their super sketch club for almost two years now and love it. For $20 you get enough supplies to make 5 double layouts, so 10 sheets of solid card and I want to say 8 to 10 sheets of pp plus 5 sketches that can be used over and over.
Once or twice a year they throw in extra stuff and starting in January, the kits will have 7 sketches instead of 5. For an additional $10, you can get a " double up" to the,kit which includes the supplies to make both of those two extra sketches. So for $30, you would get 14 sheets of solid card and 15 or so sheets of pp.
A great deal for me, especially since I really don't have to worry about the process since it is all right there for me, I just get to create and have fun!
