Hi Anne, Glad things are look up for you, and that you are doing better from the surgery. I use to scrap a lot more, Hopefully I can keep it up for the rest of the year. It helps when you have new pictures to scrap. Although I have so many boxes of pictures that I would like to scrap someday.
Jana and Anne, I started doing doing PL at least i'm documenting important things that happen. Doing a little digi and a little paper, let's see how it all pans out, but I'm always with my calendar and a pen, ready to write.
Here is another one....YAY
8th birthday
Going to finish dinner.

Holy moly, Diana - I love that cooking party layout. So adorable!
Here's mine: E L James book signing . The pictures aren't the best so I think I may have to upload better pics tomorrow morning. This little 2pager took me ALL DAY! I think I overcomplicate my layouts by deliberating over every minor detail. It's a simple enough layout. I don't know why I do that. I guess I'm not quite in the swing of scrapping yet. Oh well, the more I create, the easier it will become. Right?
Maybe I'll be inspired to create some more tomorrow. Have a good night, everyone! Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Wow! We made it to the second page and it's not even the end of the first week! Cindy is going to be doing somersaults!
Nylene-The font I used on "Certified Naughty" is Fancy Nancy by Darcy Baldwin. It is $2.25 at the Sweet Shoppe. I never pay for fonts, but it was 1/2 off during an Advent sale and I couldn't resist! There is a similar font at Kevin and Amanda called Lovey Dovey I will try to remember the fonts in my description, because I have had people ask about several!
Anne-I am a major night owl and that is why I get so many pages done. I also cheat and very frequently use templates! In the digi world that makes things SO much faster. I did a speed scrap tonight with a template and from start (picking template and pics) to finish it only took me 45 minutes. I used to take hours and nit-pick every little thing on my pages too, but I finally had to let it go and just get down to business. It's hard for us type As!
I think I am going to start Project Life as I have already taken at least a pic everyday. I think I purchased some templates, but I'm going to have to dive in my digi-stash and find them. If you don't hear from me for several days, send someone in my laptop to find me! hehehe
Okay, here are the two layouts I did today and yesterday:

Been there, done that--have the layout!

Hope you all had a lovely day! I got out to M's and my lss. It was fun to be back over there and buy a few pps. I got some MME and EP. SO pretty for Valentines and some for Spring.
Ok, here is the big reveal!!!! Here are my first two layouts. I am working on a few more that capture the fun we had and the Christmas trees we saw.
Our Trip
Oh Tree
Anne- Happy New Years!!! So glad to see you are on the mends and back with us. You were missed! Yeah, we were vacationing near you and just love the Embassy Suites. We did get some snacks from the hospitality hr for the first time. So next time, we will be stuff ourselves. (maybe ) I have enjoyed trying new things over the few months and my dh is especially enjoying the cakes. Hang in there and look forward to seeing you around as you can. |

Amy - I'm a night owl too. Gets me in trouble when I need to get up during the week for work. I'm only getting a lot of chatting done since I'm home and staying up late. hehe But it's back to work on Monday. Boo! On a different note, love your layouts! 45 min - that is unbelievable! I can't seem to make the switch to digi though. 1. I have too much stuff. I have to use my stash. 2. Scrapping and creating is a tactile process for me. I love using patterned paper and cutting it up. Paper + scissors + glue = happy
Kelly - thanks for the warm welcome! I'm going to be uber busy with work for the next several months. I work at a mutual fund company and tax season is crazy busy for us. I'll try to pop in on the weekends but at the rate this thread is going, I'm still going to have a hard time catching up! Love love love the layouts you posted. I've been admiring the metallics in projects lately and your gold flowers are so pretty! Can't wait to see what else you have in store.
Ok, dear hubby is calling me. We're going to go to Ikea in the morning to buy flooring. He wants to clean and organize his office by installing laminate flooring and getting a new desk. Wish us luck. We've never done flooring before!

Good morning!!
Here is my last page for my 2012 PL Album. December PL
Thanks for looking.
Leah! So nice to see you!! I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. I hope your mom is ok, you're a wonderful daughter.
Debi! How are you?? When I left the Calendar Girls (too overwhelming for me) you were having some difficult times with the ex. I hope things are better now.
Anne! I LOVE Pinterst!! Instead of bookmarking layouts and things here, I pin them . I have cooked so many wonderful things I've gotten from there and I've got tons of decorating ideas for my new home!! I'd probably get a lot more scrapping done if I didn't spend so much time there. I hope you're fully recuperated and ready for work tomorrow.
I bought some really fun things for my 2013 Project Life Album. Went to "A"s and got a Simple Stories Sn@p Life kit and used a 30% off coupon. I hope to at least get started on it. My dd graduated from the Police Academy on Friday (pics on my blog) and that will be in my January pages. Also, our move. I think I can at least print some pics and get started. This year I don't think I'm going to wait until the end of each month to work on it, I think I'll work on it each week.
I have to tell you that ever since I moved my scrap room upstairs from the basement, the lighting isn't nearly as good. Although I have 2 windows in here, if it's cloudy or night time, it's horrible. I miss my Ott lights . I might just have my scrap room in the new house down in the basement. We shall see.
Gotta go pack some more. I'm really sorry if I missed anyone. Cindy! are you feeling almost back to normal? I say "normal" loosely
you guys!! |

Good Sunday morning Peas! Thought I would stop while I was taking a break from cleaning my scrap room up and say HI! I have had the DGC all day Wed, Thurs, & FRi and they wore me out! I got nothing accomplished yesterday due to no energy! Today I woke up at 5 and could not go back to sleep so I have already done some cleaning.
Ami-I found a pic of someone doing a somersault but could not get it to work!
Val-You must sleep good at night with all the stuff you have going on! Can't wait to see your new place! I am feeling better! I still have swelling in my esophagus and trouble with some foods. Can not have gas producing foods, carbonated beverages or fibrous meats yet.
Anne, and Leah-so good to see you again! Hope you are recovering well Anne and Leah so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad.
Anne-I was talking about football! I am a nut for football. I love the Ohio State, Michigan State and Alabama -who is playing Notre Dame tomorrow night in the BCS championship game! The Cleveland Browns have a new owner and are now recruiting a new coach!
Nylene- I wish I did live closer as we would have a good old time scrapping together. I am going to do PL on a weekly basis and I am going to do it digi
!
Angie If I was closer I would share my digi secrets with you!
WAving a big Hi to everyone I missed as I am writing a novel here! BBL |

Hi Everyone,
It seems my vacation is officially over in that I'll be returning to work tomorrow. All good things certainly do come to an end.
The only silver lining I see at the moment is tomorrow is an inservice day so my little friends won't return until Tuesday. That way, I can kinda dip my toes back into a regular routine before diving in head first on Tuesday at 5:30 a.m. Like some of the other girls mentioned earlier, I am NOT a morning person, either.
I have another lo completed but I haven't taken a picture of it yet. Instead, I've been searching through pages and pages of the internet for place value ideas and games. It's first on our agenda for this grading period and it's always been an especially difficult concept to teach.
I'll try and keep current with everyone! Will close for now... the sink in the kids' bathroom is leaking and dh needs me to fetch tools for him! Enjoy your evening, girls! Leslie

Hi Angie! Here's a link to Project Life as designed by Becky Higgins. Now there are different versions of it. You can do a page everyday-(365), every week or however works best for you. You basically are documenting life in a "simplified way". I am doing snippets of my life on a weekly basis-as the page you commented on earlier. There are more in the gallery buy others for ideas. I am doing mine digitally and using a template so once a week I can drop in the photos and journaling and done. HTH! |

Hi again,
I know...wow, twice in one day . I wanted to thank you all for the kind words on my December PL.
Debi, I take soooo many pictures both with my DSLR and mainly my iPhone that the PL is really a blessing for me. I want to document as much as I can..I even put in receipts and pics of gas station prices because I would love more than anything to see a slice of my grandmother's life back in her day. Their new car, her clothes and decor. Her feelings when she moved into a new house. Pics of me on stage at school seen through her eyes. I'm so taken with the whole idea.
I'm sorry your ex is still being the same PITA! I will have to stop by the Chatty Scrappers. Is Dedra back? I saw her on FB on the Project Life group so I think she's doing PL too.
Angie, here's a link with everything you'd want to know about What Is Project Life .
Leslie, is place values decimal points?
Ok, I gotta run. I think we'll get the keys on Wednesday!! Whoo Hoo!! |

Hi Everybody! Waving a quick hello to everybody and saying thanks for the warm welcome back. So fun to catch up with everybody and see the wonderful things you've been creating. I had to take a break from scraproom organizing to help DH reorganize the garage--my mom bought a new car and we bought her old one, so we need to make room for a second van. It's a nice problem to have. Tuesday it's back to school, so I'm still hoping to have a little crafty time tomorrow. |

I think the sink is repaired now!
Angie/Valerie: In first grade we teach the value of the "ones" and "tens" places only. This involves a series of many, many lessons beginning with skip counting (by 2's, 5's and 10's), off the decade skip counting (57, 67, 77, etc...), greater than/less than (with 2-digit numbers), before-after-between numbers in a given sequence, adding/subtracting without regrouping (no borrowing from the tens group), expanded notation (50 + 7 = 57 = 5 tens and 7 ones)and on and on. It's not my most favorite unit to teach. Most kids at this stage see the 5 in 57 as just plain 5 (5 ones) and it takes hours of my banging my head against the wall before they see it as 5 tens. I'll get them there, though!
Oh! I forgot! Tomorrow is also the first day for our new principal! She originally was the asst. principal at our school several years ago and we all simply adored her. (Our former principal retired at Christmas after 38 years - all spent at the SAME school!) We were all overjoyed to hear that our friend would be returning as the principal because she is a "highly visible" kind of administrator and is always quick to hug and compliment others. It's nice to see her in the lunchroom monitoring the noise level and walking the halls, in and out of classrooms, etc... (I rarely ever saw my other principal and often didn't know whether she was even at school or not.)
It will be rather interesting to hear what new changes she has in store for us! Faculty meeting at 8:15 a.m. sharp!
Talk soon! Leslie

Cindy - your PL page is awesome! I had every intention of working on it last year and did not get a single page completed. At least I have the goodies. Maybe I'll do it this year. Btw, I am not into sports (except cycling, swimming, and tennis) so I had no idea what you were talking about.
Leslie - good luck tomorrow. Hope it's a smooth transition. I'm not a morning person either so I totally understand how you feel.
Debi - hey, I totally understand where you're coming from. Our tree is still up too. I haven't removed any of the ornaments yet. I'm planning on having the tree put away by the end of the month. heehee
Angie - looks like a couple folks linked the Project Life stuff. Like Cindy said, it started with Becky Higgins but it's evolved. You can do it weekly, daily, monthly, whatever. Most folks use a divided page and try to include memorabilia and capture the everyday. I'm hoping I might get around to actually working on it. lol
Leah - Hope you get some crafting done. Would love to see some of your projects.
I'm going to try to work on some projects this week although it will probably be tough. Maybe I'll get another layout done next weekend. May not be able to check in. Hopefully, this thread doesn't blow up or it'll take me HOURS to catch up.
Have a lovely week everyone and happy 2013!

Hi all! Hope everybody is having a marvelous Monday! I did get some to time to craft today--I figure that the rest of the Christmas decorations could wait. This is just a quick layout based on the Chatty Scrapper's sketch challenge. I didn't want to mess with finding and editing pictures before scrapping, so I dug into my pile o' pix and found some that somebody had taken on DH's first big western trip with ABSF (American Blind Skiing Foundation) back in 2008.

Valerie - that's crazy your family is from D'Iberville and Pass Christian. I live in Pascagoula, about 30 minutes from your brother...yes it is a small world!
Finished my 1st LO and need to post. Maybe I can figure out how to link here. Pics and paper for #2 are on my desk just waiting....I'm cropping this weekend but plan on working on my DD there. We'll see if I can get a LO done too!

I can't believe it. I'm back with another page. 2 in one month...I'm on a roll, baby! It must be all the inspiration coming through this thread this month. Keep it up so I can keep scraplifting your great ideas!
Gingerbread
Leslie-Place Value--that makes sense now. I have a kindergartener now and I feel like I'm playing catch up. Not that I don't understand the concepts...but they do it differently or call it by different names than I remember. You must love what you do...and you'll love it more with your new principal.
Thank you Cindy, Valerie and Anne for the info on Project Life. It makes more sense now. Kind of inspiring...I might try a few layouts in that theme.

Hi All!
Angie: As I suspected, my new principal is such a lovely woman! She has already visited my classroom and overhauled our lunchroom procedures and this is just the second day! I must say today was absolutely delightful since kids were required to EAT for 10 minutes without any talking! There were 2 administrators monitoring so when my class prepared to leave, I actually had another adult monitoring where they were standing while I swept our area and two other friends wiped our tables down. So peaceful!
I'm closing down earlier tonight since I did not sleep well at all last night. (Not sure what the problem was - we just bought a new mattress!)
Have a lovely day tomorrow!

I've got a really good excuse for being busy this time - I just moved 524 miles on Thursday. Husband started work at his new school on Monday. Still plenty of boxes to unpack. Had to downsize my old stuff a bit but I made sure scrapbooking supplies came. I love my papers! So beautiful views here of the loch.

AJC's Mom...all you need to do to post a LO image within the post is capture the URL (opening your LO, then right click for properties, copy URL address...one ending with 600) then go to the thread, and at the bottom is an IMAGE option, click that, paste in your URL (Ctrl-V) hit return/enter and it's now in the thread. If you want to link your LO, then go to the LO, I just go to the top of the page and copy (Ctrl C) the URL addres, then come to thread, use the URL at the bottom, Paste your address (Ctrl V),hit enter, then type a title for your link, hit enter and now your LO will be linked making it easier for people to leave comments.
LESLIE maybe your body has to get used to having a good mattress to sleep. LOL. Hope tonight is better.
ANGIE I try to have my Christmas decorations down by end of January as the 29th is my kids' birthday and they ususally have kids over. We'll see if it happens this year. LOL I don't really mind it up. And since I have an artificial tree, that's not an issue. Used to bug my dh (now ex) a lot NOT enough to help take it down though. LOL
LINDA any update on the man in Seattle? How'd Christmas go?
JESSIE I love that your scrapping supplies took precedence in your move. Nice to have your priorities straight.
KSIMONER LOL Chatty Scrappers 2 indeed, however you may have to switch groups if you're going to be so proficient in scrapping....6 LOs already. You're putting me to shame.
Ok I finally finished a page. Not been feeling well enough even to scrap so it was nice to finally do one.

Amy, thanks for the name of your font. I don't usually buy fonts but I think I'd use it a lot and I like it better than Lovey Dovey. Good luck on your Project Life.
Kelly, so nice to see PAGES from you. You said you had finished 6 pages, have you not posted 4 of them? You do great work in all mediums.
Anne, sounds like you will be busy from now until tax time. I hope you get a minute or 2 to scrap. I'm with you on the switching to digi scrapping. Besides the fact that I'm computer challenged, I have way too much stuff to give up the tactile kind of scrapping!
Cindy, I love your happy dance! I love your digi project life. I think I'd enjoy doing that, but it's hard to commit for a whole year! Thanks for keeping the thread moving!
Leslie, sorry that real life has to interfere with your hobby! I'm glad the transition getting back to school went well. Drop in when you can. You bring such a delightful humor to this thread!
Leah, congrats on the "new" car. Hope you get your scraproom organized.
Then you can fly to Utah and work on mine!
Val, congrats to your dd on her graduation. How's the new house coming. Did you get the keys today? Can't wait to see photos.
Padni, welcome back to the Pokey Peas. Your layouts are beautiful. Keep them coming.
Angela,(AJCs Mom) I didn't see your peamail for a couple of days. I sent instructions on posting your layout to the thread. Maybe between my instructions and Debi's it will be easier next time. Keep posting.
Angie, looks like the gingerbread making was fun at your home. Wish I could have been there. Love the layout. Sorry you've had a sickie! I hope Sam likes the paper dolls I sent.
Linda, your cards are really pretty. How's the new house coming?
Jessie, so nice to see you back. I hope you get settled and have some time to scrap. We need to see photos of the beautiful loch.
Debi, thanks for posting instructions for Angela. I love that layout with the circles. You always have such fun digi designs.
Well, I'm finally caught up, I think. DH and I are in charge of a big evening when we recognize all the 2012 Eagle Scouts from our district. There are 81 this year. It's occupying my normal scrap time, so I don't get to the computer very often. I'm loving all the posting and chatting.
Wow, we have become really chatty. Seems like that happens at the beginning of the year, and then life gets busy and we slow down.
I will be tied up until the first of the week, so I hope you all have a great weekend and that you take advantage of 2Peas CHA Party and challenges.

Hello, everyone! Hope your week is going well. It's already getting pretty late but wanted you all to know your projects are all so wonderful! I love seeing everyone's layouts.
Debi - I love your layout! I may have to swing by the Chatty Scrappers thread to check out the inspiration for your layout. Btw, I'm with you - my tree and decorations won't be put away until the end of the month. Really, what's the rush? lol
Angie - your gingerbread layout is so cute. I just loved your giant jewel embellished scallop and your font was PERFECT. Your pictures were so adorable. I especially loved the photo of your husband building the house - he looked like he was having a lot of fun. Btw, TWO layouts this month already? You're getting pretty speedy!
Kelly - thanks for sharing your layout projects. It's fun to see them! You're so fast at creating them. Are you sure you're a Pokey? lol
Nylene - we are on the same wavelength when leaving praise. Every time I would go to write something, I would see you had written exactly what I was thinking. I think on one of Linda's projects, I actually wrote "ditto what Nylene said."
Padni - welcome back to the Pokeys! It's good to see you again. I love your projects - you always do such a beautiful job!
To everyone else - sorry if I didn't get a chance to write you a personal message but it's getting late. Next time!
Enjoy your week!! | |

SASSYSCRAPPER my inspiration was from another website to scrap with circles...which I don't do very often. Thanks for the nice comments.
I managed to scrap a double pager--this one done for a ChattyScrapper's challenge and weekly digi challenge combined.

Hoping to be able to do challenges for CHA this weekend. Anyone else?

Hey girls! I got scrapbook pages to share today. I did have a ball making them and trying different things.
Our Christmas
Our Tree
Also, I was looking at a scrapbook I made with our wedding momentos and boy has my style improved. But so glad I did keep lots of those precious items to reflect over. That was a fun pre wedding anniversary activity.
Debi- I am off to see your pages! You are picking up stream, too with two pages. Yes, I hope to be at the CHA chats. I haven't tried a challenge yet but can chat away!
Nylene- I hope your scout business goes well. Hang in there!
Anne- Yes, lol I have been busy! |

Ok, here are the last two layouts I did. I guess I haven't been too pokey lately. LOL!
Giant Beauty This tree was beautiful. I read online that it is the tallest Christmas tree in the USA! I am 5'9 and the presents under the tree were almost as tall as me. I wish we could of seen it at night but is such a cold day I just wanted to see it and get back to the hotel. So we sound some great trees on our vacay.
Amazing Tree

Hope everyone has a great day.

I was off to a great start and then...................I became pokey . I finished all those layouts on the 1st (sans photos) and never got around to ordering the prints to finish them up. But I did this AM and they will be here on Monday or Tuesday (Persnickity Prints is soooooo fast). Needed black and red cardstock too so finally got that ordered. Planning on making some more layouts starting tonight and continuing through the weekend. Next week hubby will be gone for three nights and the Austrailian open will be on, so hoping to get lots of scrappy things done on those evenings. Hopefully I will be posting some finished projects this weekend. I have been checking out everyones links, and must say they are giving me great inspiration. Thank you all for posting them, that is what I enjoy most about this site.

Happy Friday! It is windy, clear and cold today. Hope your day is going well. I am looking forward to the CHA activities here. I like the chats and seeing the new products. Hope to see some of you there.
Also, so glad you all like my Christmas layouts. I am a little sad I am finished. So maybe I will have to take pics of our next event and do a page or two. I got some new pp last weekend and want to see what I will do with it. Also, I will be getting into my Anna Griffin card kit. It is full of beautiful florals and Spring colors. Can't wait to see how they turn out, too.
Linda- Thanks for the compliment! You card is so nice. I want to work on some Valentine's cards soon. I got some MME Lost & Found 3 I want to play with. Love using pinks, reds and blacks for this holiday.
Diana- Hope the school stuff works out! Hang in there!
MeMovieGal- I hope you get lots of scrapping fun done while the dh is away. Maybe I'll see you over the next few days at the CHA activities.
Wishing everyone else a fantastic day! |

Kelly, the CHA stuff looks interesting, but I am not quite sure where I am suppose to go to participate. Is it right here on the regular forum? Or am I suppose to go to some other place? Still learning my way around.

MeMovieGal- I am so sorry I missed is your first? I am sure you posted it earlier I just missed it. Is it Maribeth? Yes, the CHA online social chats will be on the message boards. Not sure if they will have a special forum but it might be in this General Scrappin' Forum. Under the events page they have the times listed as well as the challenges.

Great work, Pokeys! I'm so glad to see lots of posting going on.
Kelly, your pages are wonderful. Who knew you were so tall!! I have to fib a bit and say I'm 5'2" but the older I get the closer to 5 foot I'm getting.
Diana, so sorry you have had school difficulties. I hope Natalie does well in her new school. Give her a hug from me!
Linda and Debi, so nice to see your work posted!
It's been a long day and I'm exhausted. Things are going well for our Eagle Recognition. It's Thursday and Pack Meeting is Tues. I just remembered I had to finish an Arrow of Light board for one of my boys who is graduating. It's always something keeping me on the run.
Anj, glad Sammie is liking her Paper dolls.
I'll check back in later when some of this Scout stuff is over!!!
ETA: Maribeth, I'm sure there will be something posted on the General Scrapbook forum tomorrow. Look under Classes and Events if nothing is posted on this forum. Have fun! |

Okay girls, we are getting so chatty I had to take notes to reply to everyone!
At this rate, we may send Cindy into hysteria when we reach FOUR pages for the month!
Nylene-You do so much for the Boy Scouts! I'm sure everyone is so grateful to have two such wonderful people in their scouting program!
Angie-I have rethunk (Is that just a Southern word?) my decision to do Project Life and have decided I will do Project Scrap. The Shabby Shoppe has free templates every month to scrap 8 photos (2 per week) and journal about the month! The templates are similar, but different and the layouts from last year are so beautiful! I thought this would be easier than PL because the templates are pre-designed for you every month and it's less commitment that a photo per day/layout per week!
Here is the link for the blog where the templates are released mid-month!
Leah-You are a woman after my own heart for leaving those decorations up a little longer to get some scrappin done!
Debi-Hope you are feeling better.
Val-Can't wait to see pics of the new house! Good luck on all the unpacking!
Leslie-I found several fun card games/activities on Education.com the other day that might be something new/different for your place value lessons. Here is the link!
Hello to everyone I missed! I think I caught up on leaving love! Here's a few from me:

Hi Girls!
I'm just popping in to see if you girls are participating in any of the winter social festivities? I have earned one badge by chatting and I'll also post a lo tomorrow that qualifies for challenge #8. After that... well, it will be back to reality - lesson plans and laundry.
Valerie - All moved in? That's exciting! At least, to me! I have moved about 18 or 19 times over the course of my lifetime and I never seem to tire of it! (What's wrong with me?)
Amy - Thanks for the heads up on place value ideas! We have skip counted by 10's until both of my eyes are now twitching so it will be a relief to begin teaching the next concept on Monday! You are very kind to have thought of me!
Oh... and sleeping on the new mattress is now so lovely! I "almost" don't mind waking up in the morning!
Will close for now. Have a good night, girls! Leslie

I am itching to do some scrapbooking but it's weekend and that means I have to SHARE the computer. For all the lecturing I do to my kids about "sharing," you'd think I'd handle this better. Instead I all but threw my DH out of the chair and yelled "It's MY turn!" Ok. That's a little dramatized...but not much. So I got 30 minutes online and got kicked off again (standing arrangement for the DH to play with his brothers). So I'm trying this out on the iPad.
I have the two peas app on my phone and love it. But so far it's not great for the iPad. It's the same size as working on the phone--if not smaller. Anyone else have the app on an iPad? Am I missing something?
Amy-Thanks for the link to the Shabby Shoppe. I do love their products and I didn't know about their version of PL. I really like that and downloaded several tonight. I'll have to tweak them as I only do 8.5x11 pages but that shouldn't be hard.
I wanted to write a note to all of you but this format will drive me crazy so *WAVES* for now.

Hi everyone! Boy we have been a little chatty this month and that is fine with me, the even better thing is we are also scrapping and inspiring one another! WooHoo! Yes Amy I may just implode! Love it!!!!!
I have been so busy the past couple of days I have not even had time to praise so we will be going to do that after I post this. I scrapped a page for my new class with Jana Morton yesterday which is blending and color enhancements doen with blending modes. I have a traditional page worked out to scrap today and I will be digi scrapping my PL page for this week also. We had Bob's birthday dinner Friday night and we went out to dinner and played bowling on the Wii and then a card game called Play NIne which I got the DH for Christmas. It is a card game about golf. It is fun! You play nineholes and the person with the lowest score wins.
Sounds like everyone has been so busy.
Nylene-Have fun with your scout stuff! We miss you but we understand! Just take it easy and do not overdue-we do not want you getting under the weather! Make time to scrap !!!!!
Leslie-so nice to see you toping by. I am so glad to hear about your new principal-she sounds like a winer and I am glad she is getting her chance! Maggie & Bobby are loving school! I was worried about Maggie as her situation last year was not a good one and she lost her enthusiasm for school. This year her teacher is enthusiatic about teaching and Maggie is loving school again! Whe that is such a wonderful thing.
Angie-you need to schedule your time with the computer!!!! And make him stick to it!!!!! Scrapping time is too precious!!!
Amy-thanks for the link! I am so glad to see you having time to get some scraptime in and chat time also!!!
Linda-your cards are beautiful. So glad to see you online also!
Kelly-I am very glad to see you scrapping again. Your holiday album is going to be gorgeous!
Maribeth-hope you get your photos soon so you don't lose your mojo!
Anne-how are you feeling now that you are back to work? I hope you find a little time on weekends to relax and scrap a little!
Well I have written a novel so here is the link to my layout! BBL!
