Posted: 1/1/2013 8:30:27 AM Has anyone else had any problems with their KP Bright Idea stamps? I just got mine and when I tried to use the block of lines,some of the lines are deformed. It's almost like portions of the stamp melted, so they are flatter than the rest. When I tried to stamp, this is what it looked like... I am just really disappointed.

Posted: 1/1/2013 8:43:18 AM I don't have this set but it sure looks like a defect. You can put in a support ticket by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking Service Center
