Great LO - TFS!
Loni, since I don't have time to scrap due to work for your challenge I blogged my OLW! Thought I'd share it there.
I'm actually furious at 2ps right now. They're changed their customer loyalty program so now you have to spend much more money then before... Plus no notice was given until today. I don't think ill shop much here anymore

My budget wouldn't allow me to get to that point anyway, but it does seem like an awful drastic change until Jamie mentioned that participation on threads, gallery, challenges, etc. will help earn points. That's interesting. Still a drastic change, but I'm intrigued by the activity points.
ETA: I'm at 248 points. Woop! Yeah, maybe I still won't make it to a discount. Oh well!

Okay ladies just got done with my visit and it was great. Nothing scary like I thought. They just did blood work and the ultrasound which they said everything looked good. I am measuring a week early so I am 13 weeks 4 days instead of 12 weeks 4 days and I got to see the gender. It's a BOY! Which we are super excited about and Glori is more excited than anyone. So I'll go back in 3 weeks for more ultrasounds which is cool because I love the 4D ultrasound.
I ordered the BH school kits (all 3) which I am excited about and can't wait to get the in the mail.
So far birthday is off to a great start. Going to hang out around the house and read a book.

Hey y'all!
Kind of a mix of TCB (taking care of business - LOL)and playing today. Made some phone calls to the insurance companies (blah), put some laundry in, cleaned up a bit. I've also been checking out some of the sneaks of the new collections online and applying for jobs. I'm gonna scrap at some point - have a layout in mind!
I think that's pretty sad the move Two Peas made with the customer "loyalty" program. I really think they are shooting themselves in the foot (actually, multiple times lately!). I wonder how they think the move with the loyalty program is going to save them $ in the long run, when they're just going to lose customers. I especially feel for ya Canada ladies.
I'm with Loni, though... not that I make the loyalty program anyway (used to when I was working).
Loni- what did ya end up deciding to do today?

Hey gals!
How are you all doing? Had a manic day at work so coming here to relax.. Couldn't put myself to go to the gym and don't really feel like scrappin' either so I thought I'll check in
I'm a bit late to the party but here's my list:
What are your scrappy goals for 2013?
- finish PL 2012 (half year to go still )
- make more regular layouts
- make at least two layouts a month, although this goal might not be possible til after I finished PL
What are some of your other resolutions?
-Be more positive
-Worry less
-prioritize
-invest more time in my loved ones
-Enjoy life more.. I have a great life, but I tend to focus on the bad things
What is your One Little Word?
don't have one
I'm considering to host a month by the way but I'm not sure I can I would really like it, but I know myself and my limitations time-wise and I really don't want to disappoint you gals!
Stephanie: I agree.. better to take days off for fun stuff
Alinor: Cute page! And love your word! It's so positive!
Monica: Video chat sounds like fun! Hate the time difference! Makes it impossible for me to join in on the fun especially during the week.. Can't stay up late, because I have to get up early for work again
Rachel: Saw your clean craft area! Have you made a mess again yet? Creative messes are the best
I envy you for being able to work from home btw! That's so great! Although I probably would have trouble to concentrate on work as well
Caro: I hope you will SUCCEED in all of your goals/wishes.. It's quite the list
Jen: Yay! you received your package! Was starting to worry! Glad you love it! Awesome news by the way on your business! Will have to check it out! I think it's awesome you'll go to CHA! Would love to join you I like what I've seen so far from Amy Tan, Elizabeth Kartchner and Maggie HOlmes! Would love to get my hands on some of that!
Have a great time!
(congrats on the pub btw!)
Loni: Love your family layout! So cute!
Christina: Awesome pages! Especially the camel one! Might have to copy that idea it's so great!
How's life back to school again?
@ Elizabeth: Yay a boy! fun! And Happy birthday!
A lot of birthdays this month on the YS thread You have your birthday as well this month right Rachel? And me too

Congrats Elizabeth!! That is so crazy you already know the gender, I probably won't get my US for 10 more weeks! Maybe if I whine I can get it in 4, haha. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
Monica, I blow dried my hair, LOL, It takes an hour to straighten it and I'm all caught up on 2peas videos. haha, anyway I've been cleaning and I've started a LO which I am using a lot of washi on. Kind of fun I hope it turns out not so ugly - though I'm still working the ugly out of my mojo, so we'll see.
Yay for so many birthdays this month! I ordered my little guys batman bday stuff on Monday. His is the 17th.
Dee, you need to come chat with us, what time do you go to bed? We just need to start earlier, maybe.

Love that idea Rachel.
Loni: lol yeah it was cool knowing early and I get to go back day before valentines to get another ultrasound. Waiting is fun too because for me I like trying to inure out my gender dreams. How old is your little one going to be? Yeah for all the birthdays
Was going to pull out my supplies, but just so tired from no sleep I doubt I would get anything done. Plus Lailani decided she wanted to wear her panties. We did a while ago before the summer and she wasn't ready so hoping she can get trained before her 3rd bday in May.

Happy New Year!!!
I hope you all are doing well. I need to catch up on the chat and meet the new people but that will take a bit of time I unfortunately don't have today - I have to work on assignment that is due Monday. I want to get it finished as A is away for work all week and I am working at the weekend so want to spent some time together tomorrow evening and fri evening...motivation to get stuck into it for rest of the afternoon.
I had a lovely Christmas but a quiet one - we were both quite ill so just took it really easy. Back on track now though and gearing up for an incredibly busy 2013. It will all be worth it in the end though
Good to see you all so motivated for your scrappy goals this year - I will need to work more on mums album when i get the spare time...that's my priority for 2013. Im giving myself loads of time but need to as the time and budget are both limited!!
Anyway, starting off from this post, I'll do my best to stay more involved.
Talk soon,
C

Loni: would be so much fun to chat.. I usually go to bed between 11 and midnight.. Don't know which time zone you guys are in.. But right now it's 8 pm over here We should arrange something!
Rachel: Fun idea! Mine is the 29th and the sad thing is that my baby will be going to Japan for work from the 28th So I could use a birthday themed crop
Elizabeth: make sure to get your rest! It's so important.. When I haven't got enough I immediately notice it.. At that point I cry easily
Caroline: Good luck on your assignment! What's it about?
Just had dinner with the boy at home... He's still not feeling well.. He went to see the docter this morning and they will run some tests.. I hate that he doesn't really recover He's been sick since new year's
Anyway I'm glad this week is almost over! We'll be having some time to relax this weekend so that's a good thing.. I'm hoping to work on PL.. Fingers crossed that I will have received my new page protectors by then Might try and squeeze in some PL time tonight as well, but need to prepare a Rock Solid lesson for tomorrow night, so I'm not sure I'll get round to it
Well that's it for now! Talk to you gals later!

I am totally up for a birthday crop! I think it would be easier to do it on a weekend though. The 25th-27th works for me.
The other night several of us were talking about doing a video chat tonight and tomorrow night. We usually meet in Chatzy first and when we get several people we start a Google Hangout room. If you have a webcam and want to chat with us tonight or tomorrow night, meet us in Chatzy! Whenever you are available just pop in and see if anyone else is around

I would have to have the crop on a weekend due to my work. It could start early Friday morning for the international gals. We will post the times for games in a standard time and try to convert for time zones of regular YS gals.
Can we make a list of time zones?

Hello,
I am completely new to Two Peas (found out about it this fall through), and barely signed up today. Clicked on here to see what it is about and you girls sound amazing! OK, I'm a little nervous because I haven't done this before but here it goes.
My name is Ruthie. I am 25, turning 26 this Sunday, January 13th. I read the thread and know that there are alot of January babies on here, happy birthday to the girls that have past. LOL. I have a beautiful baby girl who turned one on December 20th named Adaliah "Dali" and live with my boyfriend. I live in the Chicagoland area and love it.
- My scrappy goals:
* use my stash
* make more layouts, at least two a month
* use sketches
- Other goals:
I don't have any really.
- One Little Word:
Appreciate: I have to appreciate the life I have right now. My problem this past year was to dwell on the past and lifestyle I had. I am in a different place in life and have to appreciate where I am at now, like my daughter, BF, family, friends and home.
I hope I am doing this right.

Very bummed I wont be able to join you guys for the crop weekend! How can I get the new banner?
I just found out some news about Jonny that I'm a little nervous/scared about. It includes 15 guys (more counting), a stag and Las Vegas.... need I say more? ekk
Hi Ruth! I'm Melissa, 22 and live in Vancouver Canada. I work with special needs kids and specialize in autism however currently I am a nanny for 2 families both with 2 sons and 1 with autism. Boyfriends name is Jonny.... unfortunately you won't see much of me for the next two months starting Monday as I am taking off to South East Asia until March.
Chat anyone? | |

Also, welcome Ruthie! I'm Christina, Canadian, university student studying Biology and Philosophy, want to get into Law. Live at home with my parents and little brother, have a long distance boyfriend, and no pets Welcome! (and you did perfectly fine )
Also two exciting things from me!
1) My simon says stamp package FINALLY arrived, I did a dance of joy when I saw it! Now I get to play with the Dear Lizzy Fifth and Frolic line, wood veneers and more washi tape!!
2) I may be heading down to see my boyfriend next weekend! I think my mom is okay with it because he came up here after Christmas so they got to know him better. Even though I'm already an adult, she's still super protective so everything has to go through her before it's approved... But now I get to go down there and visit him!!

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!
I'm going to spend the day doing crafty things. It's supposed to be really nice outside (67 for the high!), so I do want to get out for a bit. Even if it's just reading a book outside while Dinky plays
Can't wait for our scrap party/video chat tonight! oh, and the CHA online social starts tomorrow. woohoo!

Last day of work. Started earlier so I could end earlier.
Im super tired and didn't sleep well at all last night. Kids napping right now so I get to relax for an hour or so.
Dinner went well last night. Tonight I'm going to try to get most of my packing done, tomorrow I have to pick up packages from the states, go to dentist, take milo on the vet (think he needs blood work) and then dinner with Jonny's family.
So I don't think ill have time to scrap unless some how on Sunday!

I'm loving this line by Glitz - and I'm not gonna lie, I've never heard of them before, but guess what, I'm getting all of this.

I don't know what else to tell you, the usual I guess. How about you tell us what you are definitely looking for and then we can think of what you might miss? I'll keep looking, but I think everything else is pretty much the usual buzz. MME, AC, etc.
I'm waiting for you to email me and say, this is too hard, how soon can you make it to CA?

Had a relaxed morning.. Slept in for a bit, then had a slow breakfast in the couch with a Dutch tvseries I had recorded, afterwards to the gym and now making a grocery list Will run errands later with my boy and then some more time to relax and hopefully scrap.
What are your plans for this weekend? Besides diving into the cha madness
