If you are talking about the rainbow drawer ones I have heard bad reviews on them. They are wobbly and don't hold a lot of weight. Also since the drawers are not enclosed you would still have problems with dust. I don't have one so I don't have any personal experience.
Over Christmas I bought my SIL the cart with the Iris Boxes. Iris Cart
I was able to use an additional 20% off coupon on top of the 50% off to get it for a great price. It was really sturdy and the drawers are the Iris boxes with a lid. I think Ms carries them too.

What CAangel said. DH has a couple of the ones you're thinking of buying- the stuff does get dusty, and they're not as sturdy as we would like them to be (he has work stuff- papers, forms, etc in the drawers). Also, the drawers aren't as wide as you'll want them to be for scrappy stuff.
I have an Iris cart with the boxes that close- much better! Great for scrappy stuff- well worth the extra expense (though I got mine for a great price, on sale somewhere). I can take out a drawer and lug it around with me to scrap, then replace it when I'm done. |

I have two of the rainbow carts and they are very wobbly and don't hold a lot of weight.
I overloaded one of mine (my bad) and it tipped over and the frame bent.
I would look for something more sturdy.
