I'm going!!! My first trip to Arizona...hoping for awesome weather! |
My husband said it was him or scrapbooking... so I took pictures of him packing and made the cutest page ever!
I got a pile of scrapbook supplies for my husband. It was the best trade I ever made! | |

6 feet of table space-- that means one table per every two people? (one on each side?)
--What's the availability of electricity in the crop room (for laptop, photo printer, etc)?
--How's the lighting situation in the crop room??
--what's the max # of attendees?? (aka, will we be squished into the space?)
...hmmm... [putting on my thinking cap] ...hmmm...
- Each participant gets an entire 6ft table to themselves. No sharing!
- Electricity is abundant. Many outlets on the walls as well as outlets availble throughout the middle of the room via floor outlets. All we ask is you tape down any cords for safety.
- Lighting is better than average for conference rooms but we do suggest bringing a table lamp just in case.
- We do not squish you in! Giving each participant their own 6ft table helps to keep the room from being over cramped.
- Depending on which rooms we use (the hotel lets us pick) we can sell up to 75 seats.
Hope this info helps. |
